Facility is old, low water pressure, bath vanity unusable. Most properties now include breakfast this property does not.

Friendly staff.

Great staff always ready to help and going that extra mile to ensure you had everything you needed. Another plus: room as cleaned every morning. I had a king room, it was spacious and pleasant.

The hotel is very nice. The room had a mild stuffy smell and the bed was slight soft for my taste.

I liked everything about the property, and if I have to stay in Oklahoma City again, for any reason, we will definitely stay there.

The breakfast cafe was closed (Christmas) There was candy (M&M’s) in one of the beds There was hair on the bathroom floor I was given an extra comforter with a stain (blood?) on it. The wallpaper seemed to be peeling

Nice facility needs new management

Location and general condition of the facility

Understaffed- waited 20 minutes or more just to get checked in. Was told rooms were not ready at 5pm because the cleaning crew did not show up. Great that it had a Starbucks but there was not staff to take orders for food or coffee. First hotel ever that didn’t have free coffee available in the lobby in the morning. Cleaning crew did not have washcloths on their cleaning cart. Front desk gave us hand towels when we requested wash cloths. No daily room cleaning service. Fitted sheets were too small and came off the bed during night.

Poorly organized, no room cleaning, no breakfast, ANTS, kind of helpful staff

It was 10 mins away from everything that we wanted to do, so it was easily accessible to go anywhere, including Bricktown, restaurants etc

When we got there, the whole entrance smells like marihuana. There was nobody at the front desk for and we had to wait for a good ten mins for somebody to appear. They didn’t ask for ID or anything to prove my reservation (just asked for “name” and charged me without even explaining the hours of the place or anything). The rooms were ok at best, at least it was clean. The TVs didn’t work with anything. Just cable. And only two channels. There were ANTS. EVERYWHERE. they were getting on the bed too. There was no room cleaning throughout the stay. We had to re use the same towels and sheets throughout the stay. The breakfast that was supposed to be included WASNT INCLUDED. They tried to charge me for it and said they didn’t do included breakfasts. I’m still waiting to see if they’re gonna charge me for it. It was poor, too. At least some of the staff was friendly and helpful. The rest I really wouldn’t recommend

I would stay there again, but not in this room.

i liked this hotel. it was clean, friendly, and comfortable. A great location for what we needed and very easy to get to.

We had room 109. my son is in a wheelchair. We normally don’t request a handicap accessible room, but this room was tiny and because of how it was set up, it was not possible to navigate the wheelchair into the main pet of the room. our fault for not requesting a specific room. but like i said, we normally don’t need one.

My charges including room charge, occupancy sales TAX, city tax was $181.46 . It was charge on my card 190.00 MY trust was totally lost and very disappointed. I have to call them to report and let them fix the problem. Be watchful !

It was just “ ok “ I’d say a 2 1/2 out of five stars

The location of the hotel . The lady in charge on the day shift.

Where to start ? First , The foam/headboard cover was ripped on arrival . When we went down to get another one the night shift lady at the front desk said she would see if she had one left . When she found one and gave it to us she didn’t say a word . No I’m sorry yours is torn or sorry for the trouble . Second, the phone in the room was messed up evidently because when we called down to the Food/coffee part down stairs the lady was rude and said I can’t hear you , call the front desk . When we called the front desk the phone seemed ok . But the lady on the night shift was short with us as well . Third , when we went down at 9:00 p. m. To get something to eat at the Bistro it was closed “ even though it states it’s open till 10:00 pm . When the lady downstairs running everything saw us she was on her personal cellphone and went and hid in the back so she wouldn’t have to deal with us . At that point all we had was a simple question . Fourth the WiFi was horrible ! Although that was just a minor problem . We lived the lady in charge in the day shift . Very structured and professional . But the night shift was awe full . Over all it was just an ok stay .

Not the best stay at a Hilton

If we had been able to stay in the room we paid for it would have been very nice. Nice beds, clean, and the view and overall space would have been nice. The food that was served was pretty tasty.

The room we paid for was not cleaned on arrival so we were put in another room, a much smaller room even though the beds we both queens we paid to have a larger room size. When we asked the front desk clerk she said the price would be the same since they do not charge on the size of the room but the size of the beds. The staff was also very rude, not only to us but to each other.

Subpar

Staff was very pleasant and helpful.

Pool was closed due to leak in 100+ degree weather. Not noted on website ahead of time. Ice machines broken or missing. Room was tiny! No room to even move between furniture. Double billed by booking.com and hotel for 1 night stay as I moved to another hotel due to poor accommodations.
