Loved the breakfast - had eggs and bacon and the server was wonderful and brought me juice and hot coffee! I tipped her $10$
This is not a complaint, I just did not know that I was parking in the city owned garage. I paid $10 when I left the garage and I was parked on the 3rd FL that had a door into the Sheraton where the elevator was, so I could go downstairs. It all worked out.

Elevators took FOREVER!
There was a fury convention at this hotel the same weekend as a all star cheer competition. Strange event and strange people all over the place.

The breakfast buffet appeared to be full of a variety of foods, but the taste of eggs were not very tasty, the milk curdled when I put in my coffee and the pancakes hardened around edges. Asked for a new cup of coffee with prepared little creamers and cereal.
The beds were fine, however, the bathroom was very small in the room I was assigned. The toilet was literally a foot from the sink making it hard to shut the door, maneuver around and not to drop something in the toilet. Very basic room and amenities must be because this room was saved to give guests using other websites to book. Never again.

Close to Bricktown, walking distance from lots of places we wanted to be, 2 bars on property
Two things. the parking situation was less than ideal. the elevators from the parking garage were nasty and were in desperate need of attention. the walkway from the garage to the hotel was either blazing hot or freezing cold and smelled awful. Secondly, the shower amenities were less than pleasing (shampoo, conditioner and soap not good quality), and the shower height was built for people smaller than 5’ tall

The location was great for a concert at paycom center. We were able to walk to it. I liked that they have a restaurant on-site.
I didnt like that housekeeping knocked on our door at 8:30 when checkout is 12pm. Our fridge made loud noises then leaked on the floor. Paid $179 before tax but dont feel it was worth that much considering u had to pay for parking and it wasnt anything special. Also the pics of breakfast are glorified compared to what is was.

I liked the location.
Was fairly disappointed in the price for how we didn’t even have toilet paper, the soap and shampoo dispensers were awful. Picture frames were broken.

The hotel was great, clean and friendly staff. A little upset that patio wasn't open regularly.
