Overall the service was very good . One room service meal some food we ordered was missing and there wasn't enough silverware /napkins as requested for the number of people ordering. But for the most part the food was very good at Cava and through room service. The rooms were very clean & nice views . I only wish we would've had some furniture (chairs) on balcony to sit out. I had a massage at hotel Spa which was also very nice.
The WiFi wasn't working well when logging into "Guest" or "Private" setting. I don't know what the hotel could do but there were guests 2 nights in a row screaming & yelling after midnight outside by the pool area.

Peaceful, beautiful pool area
There are no dinner restaurants. You need to leave the property for dinner. They don’t serve fresh OJ.

The information I booked with in the app doesn't seem like it's relayed to the hotel.

When checking out the manager Vanatiy Becking was very rude, we’ve been there almost 20 years and we’ve never had this bad of a service before.

Very nice and super comfy room. Pool was great but didn’t get why they reserve a bunch of seats for VIP - nobody ever occupied them. Great gym! Overall a very nice stay, though overall the hotel is quite expensive. Staff is really nice and attentive.

We enjoyed the pool ,view and food.
We were charged additional fees and when I called to find out what they were for. I didn’t get any specific answers they just told me what’s pending will be put back in my account. Not too happy about that she said that’s how their system works.

The pools
To be honest the rooms where very small family of 4 and the shower did not have a door so all the water came out the carpet was so ugly and dirty it was 10:30 at night some teenagers hit my door all night I did not sleep

The hotel was beautiful and clean and the hotel in itself has great decors and aesthetics. The valet staff were very nice. The room was clean and housekeeping did a great job.
However…. The staff (front desk, pool) were below par when it comes to hospitality. It’s almost as if we are bothering them.
We ordered room service and I found a piece of hair in my meal. The kitchen staff was apologetic and nice about it but it’s unfortunate that they had hair on my food.

Friendly staff, lots of scheduled activities for the kids everyday, pool was great and warm (lots of seating available and white sand is a plus). Will definitely be back!
Not a lot of available options for dining - need additional places to eat inside the resort that are more diverse. Restaurants have a lot of the same food on their menu and most restaurants are closed around lunch time. Need to also add more healthy and wide range of food for the kids.

Loved the pools, liked the variety, will come with grandchildren and family next time if ever come back to Indian Wells. Had the Buffalo wings twice during our stay because they were great quantity, flavor, great price for amount. It's a thumbs up overall. The Place had good Flatbread, decent sliders. The chocolate cake was to die for. It was perfect for my birthday celebration. Danny waiter was amazing and made my birthday special after the incident at Cava. The jaimaican waitress (sorry didnt get her name, but loved her accent, she told me she was from jaimaica) was so sweet and pleasant. Cashier lady at cafe was very hospitable. The young gal at gift shop was great. I felt like I was talking to family and was very nice. Received free Gelato, after we met Tim (main manager) at cafe one of the afternoons because I told him it was my birthday, he right away gifted me and my husband two vouchers for free Gelato. Made us feel special. We briefly spoke to him after telling him how we saw him walking around pool side cleaning up, smiling at people.
Hmm, the one that stood out the most was the service at Cava, very disappointing. We spent over $100 for chicken and steak which was honestly diner quality, not great for the price and especially the service we received. Our waiter, I don't want to add name, I don't want anyone fired, I blame management for the lack of proper training. The water man was very nice and kept filling up our glasses with cold water. Our waiter never got near our table to ask how we were, he'd ask us from two tables down in passing by. Horrible service. My husband mentioned to the host who sat us that it was a birthday celebration dinner for me. He never informed our waiter, when my husband asked him for a piece of cake, if he can possibly add a candle he said oh i don't have a lighter and hesitated to go search for one. Long story short we waited over 5 minutes fir him to return, with no cake and then confirm he couldn't find a lighter. We asked for check and walked out. We went to The Place after where upon mentioning our experience at Cava, Danny, Jamaican lady brought us fresh coffee and cake- true customer awareness and made us feel valued. "Tim" if you read this, please acknowledge these two beautiful people.
The other issue I had was with service pool side, it's like most of them hate their jobs, one little gal Marjorie helped us out twice because our waiter would not come around. The other waiter was just with a bad attitude the two times he served us. It's unfortunate because bad service at a resort can definitely turn away customers from returning.
Last thing, breakfast offered at cafe, is precooked, egg white sandwich not great, they ran out of bagels at 9am - come on. Breakfast burrito was ok, but we'll never eat breakfast there if we return.
