Please go back to the old pool rules ( no drinks and no personal music)

I love all the pictures of Lucy and Ricky

In the past they didn’t allow outside drinks or music. Now they do and I think it should go back to how it was. I saw people mixing their drinks and even spilling it in the pool. Also people with their own music speakers. I think they should play the pool music because it played a variety of music. Who wants to listen to a mix of rap and Spanish music from different areas in the pool.

Extremely disappointed in front desk staff.

That it has Lucy and Desi portraits everywhere

The front desk was not friendly they could use some hospitality training. Excercise swimming class moved paying guests from pool and staff did nothing about it. No pool bar and inside bar had no set hours. Breakfast could be better. Muffins were old and stale. Dishes and towels were outside in the hallways since day one of our arrival. Saw random people coming in through the back gate to use the swimming pool when I brought this to the front desks attention I pretty much got the “so what do you want me to do about it we have no security “ answer. When we checked in front desk seemed annoyed. On yelp I see a lot of people complaining that they do not let locals book rooms? I have never heard such a thing. I hope management really does some training of their staff. Never in the 4 years that I have been coming here have I ever experienced this and I am very disappointed because I always look forward to this trip for my birthday.

Good value for the price.

Breakfast is super basic but it did the job

The receptionist was extremely rude. He took my card and threw it on the counter after billing. No thank you no nothing. This person is definitely not at the right spot behind a desk welcoming clients.

I use to like going there a few years back breakfast was a warm one and had a microwave to warm milk for my kids. Pillow

Pool hours bath tub suites

No microwave in the rooms poor continental breakfast. One of boiled eggs was spoiled. Pool was not heated for the cold weather as stated on line.

Not a good value for money specially paying extra $45 for resorts fee? Breakfast is continental which is not the best.

The location is good

The room is outdated and old. The sliding door to the balcony is 10000lbs which means very hard to open or impossible to open. The smell of the room is like an old chest . Feels creepy than comfortable.

Great hotel in desert

Nice and larger rooms with a little balcony, very clean with very comfortable beds. Extended opening hours for the swimming pool til 10pm was a bonus. The breakfast was very basic. .

A nice, solid hotel experience

It's a clean hotel with a friendly, helpful staff and all the basics in terms of amenities. There's also a free Level 2 EV charger in the lot with 2 spots. For the area, it's a great value as a resort stay.

Be aware the mattresses are old. I'm only in my 30s but even I woke up like "That could've been a better sleep." Not the fault of the hotel, but the area has little in the way of dining -- and the ones there aren't great value (LA price, desert quality) -- and nothing is walkable. You'll likely want to go a few minutes up the road to Palm Springs. Last tiny thing if you're with kids or just want TV for yourself, the TV has a bizarre senior citizen remote so you can't switch input to a Fire stick or Roku stick (or Chromecast/AppleTV). Bring a laptop/tablet.

For a one night stay on business, this hotel is a great value in a safe and accessible location.

The value for the room could not be beat for a Palm Springs/ Indian Wells location. The center courtyard with pool was lovely--very well-kept and landscaped. The decor is rather "old school" but still very elegant and well-maintained.

The added charge for self-parking was not advertised in the posting through Booking,com so was rather a surprise when I checked out. Free breakfast was sufficient but not the widest selection--hot oatmeal and one could make toast, bagel or toasted waffle, but otherwise a continental breakfast of breads, pastries, juice & coffee with apples and bananas.

Location was excellent and being able to play golf at Indian Wells resort was a big bonus. Breakfast could use some updating and improvements

Hotel needs to be updated and beds need to be replaced both beds had been worn on one side and you rolled to that side which made a good nights sleep difficult. Carpets had stains

the property was dirty sheets weren’t cleaned well towels were dirty. staff was rude and front desk guy who is bald with glasses was racist and didn’t give me the correct room that I booked.

Vintage vibes and great views all around!

I love the theme of I love Lucy, I also loved how clean the pool area was and the heated pool, the dinner and a show was amazing !

Very good

Convenient location. The room was spacious and had a balcony, which was very nice. There is live music in the evening and good drinks at the bar for a reasonable price.

The walls are very thin you can hear your neighbours very clearly.

The location is fantastic and the staff were supurb. Everyone from check in to valet we're very friendly and accommodating. The Continental breakfast was a nice little bonus

The hotel is a little run down and could use an update. Beware if you go to the bar for the show the drinks are very expensive. I paid $40 for two cups of coffee with Jameson

If you love Lucille Ball and Desi you will love this hotel and vibe.

Nice hotel.. fun lobby with great live music in the evening. (recommend the chocolate ice cream :-)) Nice free breakfast. Clean rooms. Nice little sitting area if you have a ground floor room.

Traveled with family - expected queen beds.. they were FULL beds.. much smaller than expected... next door was having a birthday and were loud.. could use some extra soundproofing.
