$1000 poor as it was stolen from the purse. Medication stolen . Sad , upset and not going to stay here ever again.

$1000 was stolen from my purse and my medication was stolen too.

Safety measures are not taken properly.

Horrible! Need more security as a back up with cameras

Parking area sucks and super dark! Our truck got broken into and the security is always in their car on their phone or doing NOT their job! My truck was parked right next to the sign of Courtyard by Marriott. You guys need to get some CAMERAS and protect our vehicle since you guys aren’t responsible for anything that happens to our vehicle! Smh I was forced to get another night but this time I will park my truck right in the front next to the entrance where I know my truck is safe! I will not come back to this hotel!

Great location for family gatherings and visits. Easy to get to. Outstanding service with very friendly people all the way around. We will continue to stay there everytime we go to Fremont for visits.

Breakfast is convenient, I have reserved room past 3 years for Thanksgiving Holiday due to family in area. Always peaceful, quiet, close to Restaurants/Grocery store for Snacks/Drinks. Staff is friendly & attentive.

Un déposit de 100$ a été débité sans nous le dire à l'arrivée, ils ont été remboursés 4 jours après notre départ. Offre très limitée pour le petit déjeuner, allez au IHOP à côté c'est très bien. La chambre était propre et bien équipée.

Not what we expected

Location was the only plus point

We mistakenly booked this ppty as we wanted room with kitchenette, which was next door. We wanted to change this but was told had to pay again. Anyways there is no potter service, no breakfast, housekeeping service unavailable after 10 as they did not clean our room Front desk Staff look tired and half sleeping

Family birthday stay.

This was a very nice and easy, comfortable stay. The motel is very close to where we needed to be for getting together with family. There are shopping centers nearby with several places to eat. The check-in was very quick and friendly, and the staff were all extremely courteous and helpful. This was our second time staying there and we will do it again. The weekend rates are very reasonable.

Our reservation was for 2 queen size beds, and the beds were doubles. We were very tired so we didn't complain.

A lot of space for the price, and excellent amenities.

Everything was great! The pool and jacuzzi were nice to use, and I liked that there were headphones available in the fitness center for the little tvs. I also liked the size of my room, and that there was space for my yoga mat.

The AC unit was fairly loud and rusty, but it was nice enough out that I could use the window instead. It also would've been nice if the continental breakfast were included in the price of the accommodation.

How close it was to the freeway.

I requested a mini fridge when booking, but ours didnt even work. I also got into a really bad car accident in the middle of our stay. Car was totaled, my boyfriend and I are both injured. I was discharged from the hospital last night.. I wasn’t able to get a refund for the rest of my stay just because I paid through Klarna which is a 3rd party.. honestly silly, especially based on the unforeseen circumstances. I guess it’s my fault for not paying up front, but unfortunately not everyone has the means to cough up the funds.. We booked a room not for leisure, it was due to having to go to court. I’ll just take it as a loss. Most likely will not ever return.

It will always be my home away from home.

Good breakfast, friendly staff. It’s accessible to good restaurants and shops. A safe area to have morning or evening walks. I would recommend theitel to friends and relatives.

The girl on staff that night was very very nice and sweet and apologized many times for what was going on

it was a nice day quiet, very quiet

The air conditioner did not work in our room so we had to change rooms then the room we got into the TV didn’t work but they came out and got that fixed so he’s fine after that but then the toilet kept sticking you had to fix the handle yourself to make it flush all the way

I absolutely loved my stay at this hotel! The staff was incredibly friendly and accommodating, and the room was clean and comfortable. The location was also perfect, with easy access to all the attractions and restaurants in the area. Overall, it was a fantastic experience and I can't wait to come back again!

The room could have been a bit cleaner; there were stains on the carpet in front of the bathroom.
