Great place to stay when you land in the Bay Area if you are on a budget

This is a good option if you are looking for a really affordable place to stay in the Bay Area. If you land at SFO you can take an Uber across the San Mateo bridge to get there quickly, or if you want to save money take Bart around the other way like I did. Nice people running the place.

Not a lot of places to eat or shop in the immediate vicinity. One of the workers told me that no bicycles were allowed in the rooms, but I didn't take her very seriously because the other workers were really nice.

Nothing said about $100 deposit not very happy

Clean room is the only thing I liked

I did not like the guys attitude and also what I didn't like at all was that when I booked the rooms through you it didn't say anything about $100 deposit that can only be put on using a card it did say in fine print at the bottom of your page where no one would see it is where it is you should put that up top where it says the amount so they know because I had to go put money on the card just to get the room for deposit this morning I went to go get my deposit and have them put the money back on my card and he tells me I have to wait 3 days which is b******* they wanted their deposit right then why can't I get my deposit back right now $100 isn't like a $5 deposit $100 is $100 especially when you can't they won't receive cash and you have to put it on your card because if it was Cash he could have just handed it back to me but no now I got to wait 3 days for my hundred dollars not very happy and if it isn't there I will be destroying that property

place was nice

the shower head doesnt work, had to take baths and hears complain that the water is leaking but what can i do when showerheads doesnt work. front desk person was really rude. i was asking for his name but just hangs up the phone on me and says (do whatever uou wanr mam) then hangs the phone. RUDEEEE!!!

I booked my reservation to extend and also another one for the same night because the extension didn’t go through first.

location is fine

the manager is horrible. his attitude stinks, he’s impatient and he likes to get emotional and will scream at you.

The staff are very rude and lazy they barely even want to clean the rooms I think his mom is the housekeeper stand she tells him what to do and he listens like the little girl he is stay away from these people

couldn’t even give me clean towels🤦🏾‍♂️ and also the room was cleaned before I came still hair and stuff in bath

once I asked for new ones the worker yelled at me and told me to leave or they would call the cops..
