Perfect for business trips and more.

Loved the location near business meeting area. Loved the barista area. Staff was friendly.

Being the the first floor was accessible however a little bit noisy.

In town for a concert

The hotel was in a nice location and the room rates were reasonable by comparison to other hotels in the area. The staff were very friendly and helpful. I love that they gave complementary water.

The rooms were a bit dated. There’s not really a real restaurant in the hotel just a marketplace, which is different.

Pleasant

The website says the Bistro is open everyday. It was closed Friday night. I was assured it would be open Saturday night. I returned from a long day to have dinner and cocktails (and not get behind the wheel of my car). It was NOT open. The desk clerk told me there were too many kids so they didn't open it. Many disappointed adults in the hallways along with me. Stay 9/1 and 9/2. When I left on 9/2 for the day, I asked that my coffee be refilled but no other service was needed. No coffee.

Friendly staff, comfortable beds

I never knew before booking the hotel that they charged $3 a night to park, it isn’t a lot of money but I don’t like how hotels do that. I wanted a disabled friendly room but I didn’t get the room I requested

Comfortable hotel in a good location with slightly outdated decor.

Beds were comfortable. The hotel was clean.

The rooms are a little outdated and the light in my bathroom flickered

Enjoyed the hotel, rooms were clean and it was convenient.

Perfect location. Close to shopping, attractions and the ball park. Loved the homemade chocolate chip cookies!

Need a microwave in room. And definitely need a Keurig coffee machine!

We were on the first floor. I loved the fact we could go right into the court yard from our room.

The sliding door did not lock.

Breakfast was good and the bar was good with good people working there.

Quiet comfortable rooms. Desk clerks are friendly and helpful. I prefer staying here whenever in Plano.

They don't clean your room unless you request it. Be sure to request. Not a deal breaker for me.

Friebdly staff, great value, good location, and incredibly comfortable beds and pillows.

Price, location, beds!, and pillows!!! Service was excellent -- knowledgeable and friendly

There’s a lot of remodeling going on, which is a good thing because the entire hotel looks very dated, you can see where they have put patches of paint on top of layers of paint such as on the elevator frames and throughout. One of the baby crib sides would not latch and posed a hazard. No breakfast included, but there is something you can pay for and it is not terribly overpriced.
