Good location and great rooms.

Our suite exceeded my expectations. It had a full kitchen, 3 tvs, 2 baths. Perfect.

The wall was so thin I could hear the man next door snore the whole night. He was so loud it woke me up twice. The bed was hard to get into because it was high. I'm not short.

Okay, but has been much better at other Staybridge locations.

Location was convenient to the event we traveled to attend. Room temperature was nice and suite was spacious.

The breakfast options were very limited and odd compared to past stays at other Staybridge locations. Also, the menu shown for the week was not what was served. The room was okay, but a bit rundown compared to other rooms we’ve stayed in at other Staybridge locations. There were no plates, bowls, or silverware available in our suite.

Served its purpose but disappointing.

Breakfast was plain and the usual breakfast you would find at other hotels with a continental breakfast.

The pool was under construction, and I asked the reception clerk if everything was operational, and she said yes. Later when I found out about the pools I went back to the front desk. I was told it is listed on the website. I looked at that that time and found it at the very bottom under the heading important information tab that you had to open. The pool was the main reason I booked this hotel as I had my grandson with me that loves to swim, and this was indoors. The workers there also did not talk, they just watched you as if you were a shoplifter at a store.

Disappointing property that needs work

Front desk was accommodating when we said we wanted to leave.

Deferred maintenance was obvious. It seemed strange from the beginning when the lobby door was locked that maybe the location was not in a safe neighborhood. We got put in an accessible room and the rod for clothes was in the bathroom by the toilet which is gross. The living room had paint peeling off the ceiling and holes in the walls. Within the hotel other signs of neglect were lights missing in the elevator. The gym was oddly connected to an open laundry room. Weights were missing & equipment was broken. We were on our anniversary & there was no way I could have made it through a night so we went back to the front desk & told them we wanted to cancel. The person working was nice enough to let us check out without incurring any charges.

Happy hour complimentary wine and beer was nice. Beds were extremely comfortable! Room was ready on time.

Bathroom downstairs was clogged. Other than this small inconvenience everything was well.

Great place to stay and we'll be back when the pool is available.

Great location, friendly staff, good breakfast and exercise facility.

We weren't informed that the pool had been out of service for approximately a month until check-in. Kids were looking forward to this on summer break.

Staff member that checked is in was verry rude. We were not notified about the pool closure until just a couple of days before we were scheduled to arrive, making it impossible to get another hotel in such a short notice. Great scam by the way. Our keys would not open the doors to the lobby, so we were constantly waiting outside for someone to open the doors for us.

I got there around 3pm. They had no handicap rooms. It was my wife's birthday and we were coming to enjoy the Hot Tub and Pool which was under construction. The hotel staff was rude and just told me cancel my stay and find another hotel. Booking.com wasn't any help either! Told me they would handle the situation and get back with me. I ask if I should find another hotel, he told me to wait. That he would be contacting on what to do next. I didn't wait, I found another hotel.

The beds were extremely comfortable along with the linens and pillows. The hotel was very clean and breakfast was very good.

Room service didn’t clean, we were skipped and had to ask for new towels all 3 days.

Impressed but uncomfortable

My family and i loved everything about the hotel and our accommodations. We especially loved the indoor pool and hot tub.

I had asked for two queen beds for my room and my request had been approved online however when checking in i was given a king bed only. This made our stay very uncomfortable since there was four of us crammed into the bed. Also, the pool kept running out of towels.
