Very basic. Needs up dates. Wallpaper in bath is black.

Elevator not working. I have a back issue. Carrying luggage was not good up a flight of steps

We survived

Staff was nice

Outdated, beds were tiny, pool was unusable mid summer, breakfast was terrible.

Just ok stay

Room was great clean and quite. Very close to resturants and things i may need while staying.

I paid thru a second party for room. Hotel still charged room and tax to my card. Got it back in the end but still a hassle. Clerk at desk didnt seem to know the system very well. Sweet , but needed not to be by herself during busy check ins.

Food was average. Went out for meals. Staff decent

Blood stains on sheets. Pillow case had strange stains. Pillow looked old and stained. For the price, definitely not worth money. Will not stay there again.

Very disappointed in a Marriott Brand Hotel

The location of the hotel was great. It is really close to the interstate, great dining locations, as well as some neat shops and within walking distance to Kennesaw State University. The front desk staff is really nice - Brya was a delight and super helpful. We enjoyed the breakfast and the free waters with an oreo at check-in.

We were seriously disappointed and disgusted by our room, The bed linens were not changed. One bed had lipstick on the pillow, crumbs in the bed, and blood on the comforter, The other bed had long black hairs all under the sheets. Then we looked on the ground and discovered and eye pencil in plain view revealing the floors had not been vaccumed. The tub had red mold in the corners. It was so disgusting.

All the staff were very friendly and the hotel was very clean and comfortable. my kids and I felt safe.

The pool was a little on the dirty side but I understood bc of the big trees.
