Room was quiet, including the air conditioner. Bed was comfortable. Elevators were efficient.
Our room included breakfast for 2 people. My sister was not able to come to breakfast on 9/22. I wanted to take something for her to eat in our room. My waitress checked with the manager, who said no, that I would have to order it independently, which would have been an extra charge. This does not make any sense to me as we were paying for breakfast for two in our room rate.
I made the reservation through Booking.com which was substantially lower than I would have paid making the reservation directly through the hotel.

Really contort, nice place, and not far from everything
Have to pay for a Wi-Fi is really terrible

Part of it was under construction
Overall nice but my room away from the main area and close to construction

What a wonderful hotel! Quiet and clean and the staff (everyone from the door holders to the reception workers to the amazing cleaning staff) were amazing. Such a contrast to the Hilton across the street! Walking distance to everything Disney and lots of restaurants and stores.

The shuttle service ran seamlessly. The room was exactly what we expected and had all the amenities needed to survive over night in a comfortable setting. Beds were comfortable and the pillows as well.
4.2
Not much!
Room and bathroom filthy - badly needs a refit.
4.2
The location
Hand soap, lotion were not provided at all during our 8 days stay. We could not have tea in the evening and coffee in the morning since we had only one cup for the day.
4.2
The overall cleanliness of the entire hotel and room. The view from the room was also amazing . Breakfast is well worth it as is the price of the hotel and location.
Windows looking outside were pretty dirty but I imagine that is difficult to maintain.
4.2
Pool, view, room with a view.
Food Supply. Pizza Place was closed at daytime. The other restaurant run out of food very quickly. Not prepared for a big conference. Parking too expensive

Personal muy amable, camas cómodas, espacios suficientes y muy buena ubicación

Instalaciones

Our price gouged hotel room had a balcony that we paid through the nose for. It was not worth the insane amount of money they charged but it was nice to be able to get some fresh air whenever I began thinking about how much money I had wasted by booking early and staying at Marriott.
This Marriott price gouges. I spent nearly $500 more than I needed to because I booked early. I don't understand how this is possible, it seems Marriott only follow the law of demand and not supply. To charge $650 for a room when you have hundreds of unbooked rooms in your hotel is a fresh algorithmic hell. The only thing I can think of is that their booking website was getting a lot of traffic that day because of Blizzcon and they pumped the prices to gouge any sorry sack like myself that didn't think they were getting raked over the coals. The day of rates were $404/night, and because I booked early I was paying $650/night and $460/night. When brought to the front desks attention, they could not honor the actual price of the room and I was stuck paying the gouged rates. I love to stay at Marriott because they make you feel like an idiot for booking with them! On top of this, bathroom in our over-priced room had painted over mold or rust. Broken or missing shower equipment. The toilets downstairs had iron features that were orange with rust.

easy to get to the rooms and walking in you could tell the rooms were clean, the beds were very comfortable
what's there NOT to like! I loved this place!

The hotel was very nice and with a luxurious feel.
There was a protest at the Hilton across the street at 6am in the morning which woke us up. The hotel staff were unsympathetic and unconcerned at this. I did not know what the protesting was for at first and felt quite scared. After some google research, I found out this happened frequently as the union workers from the Hilton were protesting for more money. The Marriott should have given us a heads up that protesting was a possibility. The hotel did provide ear plugs when we called to complain about the noise - drums, horns and chanting but it obviously did not drown out the noise.

Floor was so dirty, turned my grandkids feet really dirty black

The Staff were very nice and professional in their jobs. The breakfast Buffett was very good. The bed was very comfortable.
The pool was a little small and the tea and coffee making arrangements were disappointing. Paper Cups, wooden stirers for spoons. Have seen better.
4.2
Bed was comfortable, towels were plentiful and the refrigerator was adequate . The room was ready when I checked in and I was given a complimentary late check to 12 noon which was perfect. The late night dining sevice was excellent by the servers and their recommendations of wine and and appetitizers was excellent while dining by the pool. Staff was friendly,
personable and welcoming.
That breakfast stopped 11am and not served til noon.

Lovely swimming pool, comfortable bed, best shower ever found in a hotel!
Breakfast expensive and not particularly good.

I loved the concierge lounge with the breakfast. The ability to get pizza and Starbucks from downstairs. I love the elevator. It was different but I loved it. I also loved my room. The bed was very comfortable.
4.2
I didn't like the fact that I had to pay an “extra” amount for all services, for example … even though I already had a reservation, I still had to pay extra to use the internet and also for parking. and quite expensive by the way
