Worst hotel stay in years.

Location was fine. Couldn’t get coffee til 7 am so I had to leave and drive at 6am to find coffee

The ac didn’t cool room and bathroom toilet wouldn’t flush unless I took back off and did it manually.

We booked at 10pm because our flight got delayed. Staff was super cranky when we arrived and there was food left in our

The property was beautiful and 10 minutes from the airport

The staff was super cranky and short with us at check in. We were trying to be extra polite to counter it but our check in girl just had a horrible attitude. Also when we got into our room there was half a sandwich and water in there from the last guest so I’m not sure how clean our room was. It was fine for the fact that we literally stayed from 11pm-4:30am but I wasnt impressed.

It was an amazing experience and I will be back

It was aesthetically pleasing to the eye.

That I was either in a dog friendly room or dog hair dramatically traveled to my room. I’m highly allergic to dogs.

Really enjoyed myself, what a relaxing hotel

I loved breakfast and how everything was easy to get to. There was an indoor swimming pool, and me and my daughter really enjoyed ourselves. The staff was so nice, and housekeeping was always there if we needed extra towels and stuff for the room.

Excellent facilities and a very convenient location.

The gym facilities were excellent. The lobby had a cozy but spacious feel. The staff was extremely friendly and knowledgeable particularly when giving us directions.

The bathroom in our room was slightly dirty.

The layout of the hotel was really nice, clean, the staff was very friendly.

Breakfast was included with the stay. When we went down, we were told it was 24.00 for adults and 13 for kids. If I hadn't mentioned that it was included, they would have billed my room. The total price on receipt was 90.00 - the math didn't add up right. Also, you pay 10 for parking per day, which comes out of the room deposit.

Disappointing

Location was great. Staff was very good and accommodating.

No hot water in my room for the first night. The revolving front door was broken my entire stay. None of the ice machines worked on any floor. Someone pulled the fire alarm and I had to walk down six flights of stairs on a bad knee.

Beautiful and convenient location

Was not told about all the extra fees when making arrangements so had to move some things around to accommodate once on site. Also not a fan of having to pay $10 a night to park on top of what paying to stay already costs!

The room was very nice. The breakfast was wonderful. The bed was amazing

I didn't like how it say pay at the property and they already charged me before I got there and how it went from $400 to $600 when breakfast was included and I was pose to get my $100 back and didn't. And $20 to park and anyone can park because parking is just open smh

A life saver!

After a nightmare experience at another hotel, we quickly canceled and booked here! The staff were wonderful with accommodating us on such short notice, and the room far exceeded our expectations! We particularly loved the extra space in the suite, the comfy beds, and the amazing bathroom!

The area, the bar and restaurant on site and the indoor pool. Everything was great.

I didn’t receive my $50 deposit back.. for some odd reason.. Nothing was broken or damaged and I’m confused as to why they haven’t added my refund back to my card….
