The apartment is actually beautiful. Clean with nice amenities. (like coffee maker, expensive fridge, washer and dryer, etc.)
Overall, it was a frustrating experience. The registration process is extremely complicated and involves getting a 'stripe' account. I have no idea what 'stripe' is and I resent that I was forced to create an account just to rent this apartment. Also, when going through the extremely complicated registration, there is never an indication that you have completed the process. After doing all that was requested, instead of seeing a notification that you have completed the process, there is a button that says, 'again.' When you click on the button, the process starts all over . After finally completing the registration, I was given instructions to enter the apartment. My first impression was how beautiful the apartment is, but after being in the apartment for some time, I realized that I was very cold. I tried adjusting the thermostat, but the thermostat is rigged so that you can not set the temperature above 70 degrees Fahrenheit. Also, I set the temperature to 70, but found that the thermostat is programmed to reset to 68 degrees after some time. The apartment was very cold.

location. Charlotte was great. Space, including 2 full bathrooms.
I believe light blackout windows in the living room area and master bedroom would be a great and needed upgrade. It was difficult to sleep at night because the blinds let in light. Also, vertical blinds in living room were missing a number of blinds.

It was a great location in reference to the city and attractions. Apartment was really nice for the price!
There was not an extra comforter for the sofa bed.

The location was amazing.
I booked the same day and since I was in the area decided to use the restroom by the leasing office. Since I did not receive the confirmation instructions when I arrived I thought to speak to the leasing office agents. The agents informed me that I am not supposed to be there due to the leasing agreement with the apartment tenant. This made me feel very uncomfortable during my stay. The housekeeping went over by 30 minutes, it was a minor inconvenience but took away from 30 minutes of our trip. I understand that coordinating the cleaning can present some challenges sometimes so that was not a big deal.

The room set up was pretty much the best thing.
The realtor was very rude and didn’t reply to messages about the room in a timely manner. He cursed me out on the cell phone when I told him we were already back home after he tried to call me about the room after we already checked out. Terrible service

Kitchen could use more basics

The arrival and entry instructions were very easy to follow. The roof top view of Charlotte was AMAZING!!!!!
The walk to the room from parking was a little lengthy, especially if you’re a female having to come in late.
