There is not too much positive things to say about the hotel. The location is good next to the #1 route and close to Proncetown center. The parking spots are good and spacious.
The staff was little helpful and not very nice during checkout and checkin. The facilities are old need renovation. The bathroom has an old-fashioned curtain in the bathtub. I would expect a shower cabin in a 4-star hotel. The AC was also old and noisy.

The room was nice.
I ordered a room with breakfast,
When I came down for breakfast, the lady said that you have to have a special request to have breakfast.
I spoke to a front desk, and they approved it.
When i.ordered, it came in a box .. looked like a pile of garbage.
Need to look into it.
Otherwise, the hotel is nice and comfortable.

Desk and night stand were refurbished poorly with new varnish that was sticky. linens had a musty odor.
Bed sheets had stains.

Efficient. Comfortable. Clean.
Depressing entrance. Stark and dark. Lobby likewise dark, especially in the evening. Decor completely lacking color.

The staff was amazing! Very friendly and helpful.
The room was a little small. The room was clean, but it was just more "old" and worn.

The bed mattress was extremely hard and uncomfortable for my father along with the mattress for the pull out sofa. We couldn’t sleep well all night. The metal from the sofa bed hurt my back.
Also ceiling was cracking in our room all over.
The gym was very small and a bit outdated.

Breakfast was not included and what was offered was expensive. The bed was very comfortable
We had a handicap room, on the 3rd floor. THINK ABOUT THAT FOR A MINUTE. Having the tub chair was good, but the water ran out onto the floor, wetting the bath mat and making the floor somewhat slippery. At 2:00AM Monday, the fire alarm went off. We got out as fast as we could. Thank God my husband can walk and was not in a wheelchair. Can you tell me how I would have gotten him down 3 flights of stairs if he was wheelchair bound? There was one person in charge, Justin. He was wonderful doing everything he possibly could making sure everyone was safe and comfortable amidst the chaos of the fire dept. and the alarm blasting. By 3:00 AM everyone had done all they could, (except the elevator was not working because an engineer was needed and there wasn’t one). Neither my husband nor I could make it back up 3 flight of stairs. Justin gave us a room on the first floor. He should really be commended. At 9:00 AM I walked up and down the 3 flights to get our things from the room, 333. The elevator was still not operable. Not acceptable. I do not understand how this hotel would pass safety codes with handicap rooms on the 2nd and 3rd floors with no way for handicap people to escape in time of an emergency. Happily it was a short circuit because of the cold that set off the alarm. It could have much more serious. You need more than one staff member at night I will rethink staying at another Marriot.

Choice of breakfast/Starbucks to buy is better than other locations that charge $25 for buffet breakfast
Housekeeping was non-existent. Had to chase house keeping staff to provide coffee cups towels and make bed. They just do not seem to be interested. Secondly, the coffee machine was set up behind the TV - which made it difficult to access and operate
