Would not stay again or recommend

Breakfast staff was good

Property had roaches in the room. Items listed on room description was not accurate! No phone, No clock Staff was terrible

It was okay.

The location was close to many eateries and shopping centers.

The room was not very clean, one bathroom had drainage issue. The sofa bed had several big stains. Found a few bugs on one of the blankets.

It wasn't what I paid for or expected. :(

The beds were comfortable

First morning, there was no breakfast bar at the scheduled time as the responsible employee failed to come to work. In the evening there was a family in the room above us who's child was continuously running/thumping on the floor. The noise was bad enough from 5:00 PM until (:00 - 9:30 PM you could not watch TV. I called the front desk, but nothing was done about it.

Next time I’ll be staying at the home 2.

Large room, functional A/C, desk area, usb ports on side tables. Majority of staff very welcoming and professional, polite.

Pool looked green with algae, had the feeling of a run down apartment complex. Fire pit had no seating. Non cordial team member when first coming to property. Whole place smelled of Marijuana including indoors. Had to have spot lights outside ram with extension cords. Lobby was a sauna and no TV.

It worked for the evening but I would likely not return due to cleanliness and ac trouble

Multiple bedrooms and spacious unit

AC was blowing air but not cold air and I do t think I saw the thermostat go lower than 76 degrees regardless of the set temperature

It was awesome it wasn't really anything about the hotel that I didn't like.Me and my family really had a ball and really enjoyed ourselves.

It was very good. I would give it an eight out of 10.

There was a very good location for our event in Alpharetta. It was very clean comfortable. Coffee and breakfast was very good. The staff was very helpful and friendly. I would recommend it. It was a good value.

The air conditioner was noisy, I didn’t think it was necessary to charge for parking. It gives you the feeling that they’re nickel and diming you.

Nice but not that cozy

Location was very nice.

The room was very spacious,but the flooring should be replaced. The mattress was lumpy and out of shape. Toilet paper holder was broken. Also there was dirty towels left in the bathroom. Also they slipped in the deposit and 12 bucks for parking. Either booking.com doesn't know anything about this. But they added another roughly twenty plus more dollars than I was quoted.

The room was great clean and it was no hassle bringing my dog

They charge you $7 a day for parking and if you bring a pet there's a $100 pet cleaning fee.

Exceptional

The staff was excellent! James and Olimpia made our stay wonderful. They made us feel at home.

It's just me but the dark color rugs need attention. Not many options for breakfast.

Big mistake! I booked this hotel by mistake.

I liked how fast the check-in process was and how friendly the front desk staff was.

The staff was great 👍

Room 222 refrigerator was loud kept us awake throughout the night had to unplug it to sleep. The air conditioning was very loud in the room as well. Every thing else was fine.

fair, property not what it used to be and some staff not trained or competent.

was double charged and charged a different rate than the rate booked when I arrived, even though I prepaid. When I requested a refund, I was told to request it through booking.com. After arguing, I was finally able to get my credit card charge reversed, but credit was not available during my trip.

Having stayed there pre-pandemic, the food and drink amenities were sad by comparison. Also, door and entry locks on room and building were old and poorly maintained, sometimes not opening at all or getting stuck open and difficult and noisy to open.
