Stay was for my Dad's surgery at hospital. All the comforts of home.

Very good. Coffee was great and staff as well.

Clean and comfortable!

The location, room, cleanliness, pool, hot tub, and breakfast were all excellent, I would definitely recommend this hotel. Five stars on cleanliness!

I love everything about it the staff was friendly the room was great. They took good care of us after the first hotel we stayed the first night. I would definitely recommend to stay and we will be staying again. Thank you ladies. 😊

The staff very friendly and helpful.

I was not impressed when I found hair in the shower and on the shower walls. I also found hair on the bathroom counter tops and tissue box.

The breakfast was excellent. All staff very friendly and the hotel location is the best. The 3 nights dinner were excellent, this is a good idea and the different little choices per each night was an unique experience. Our family enjoyed.

The room is not very clean and is a little small. We prefer 2 queens bed instead a sofa bed and one bed. It is not comfortable. The bathroom is very old and need to be remodeled.

I would recommend this place highly because of the excellent service from all staff.

I thought the breakfast was very good. It was enough space for social distancing. The staff kept checking to make sure items were refilled when needed. The staff was very accommodating.

The staff was friendly and helpful.

The room smelled. It was dirty when we checked in. There was a bar of soap left from a previous tenant. The couch and floor had white dog hair all over them and the room was old. Stains on carpet. The desk chair was dirty the bath tube was dingy. The hallway had derby all over the floor and was never vacuumed in our stay. The hot tube was broken. The pool was older and that room was stuffy. All the windows closed. We talked w the front desk and they had the room cleaned for us but it still smelled and the floor still had hair all over it.

First time to Asheville

Loved this hotel. Location was perfect. Close to the Biltmore estate and restaurants. We had our dog with us and this is definitely a dog friendly hotel and town. Our room had a mini kitchen and a large fridge with an ice maker. The breakfast in the lobby was very good with a nice variety (scrambled eggs, sausage, waffles, cereal, fruit and croissants).
