Terrible

Ac worked well.

Went to check in for reservation made months in advanced around 5pm, was told no rooms are clean or ready wrote name on a piece of paper with my phone number. Had to change/get ready in their lobby public restroom. And no phone call ever came. Went back to hotel around 10pm and still had to check in.

Poor

Remodeling and getting to the room was a crazy mess. I didn't appreciate not knowing that there were major renovations occurring when I booked. I would not have made the reservation. Also entering the hotel from the road was not easy.

comfortable hotel and nice experience

Great location: close to downtown, yet quiet. Reception staff were super friendly and welcoming, and even gave us a choice of where we wanted our room since they said it was not busy/full. Room was super comfortable and clean. Shower was roomy and modern. We slept well.

no pool, no breakfast, food on the floor of our room, price seems high for just a room to lay your head for the night.

Location was close to the hospital; staff was very courteous; place was very clean.

The shower head was too high for me to reach it (I'm only 5 foot); only breakfast was through the Bistro...not indicated on the booking site. Neither would keep me from staying there again, however.

Liked the room on the courtyard -. A good walk to old downtown for dinner. Enjoyed the breakfast menu

Difficult to find the entrance. Even with GPS we had to go around the block and entered through exit

Nice Hotel and Good Location

Location was good. Free parking is benefit. Free ice and cold water. Filled our water bottles before hiking every day. Close to Chik Fil A. Great water pressure for showering.

Small room. Hotel is Close to busy street and traffic noise.

A very professionally managed and well upkept property with helpful staff

The entire property was immaculately clean and covid protocols adhered to. The center Courtyard was a delightful place to sit and read.

The location was more distant from the places to visit than I'd expected. Everything was overly air-conditioned and I was cold

Good location, attractive room, but skimpy on amenities and service.

I liked the modern decor and the quiet location. The day staff was friendly.

I didn’t like the height of the bed. It looked elegant, but being of average height, I felt a It was bit dangerous enough getting in and out of the bed. And what’s with the low toilet. Get rid of that and replace it with a toilet of average or above average height. I also didn’t like the fact that I had to go to the lobby and ask for coffee cups and coffee. I really miss the friendly welcome I’m used to from the staff of Marriott. I was never told if there was a pool/fitness center.
