Location perfect safe area to walk.
Wish it had more landscaping mostly concrete, and an outdoor pool.
4.3
Very nice lady at the breakfast, nice room, staff very ready to help with anything, really great
Very expensive for nothing special. Small, old pool, no nice place to sit down, no garden, loud road just below the window.
4.3
The room was really big!
Wish it had breakfast in the am

We had a wonderful time in Boise, using the hot tub was very relaxing.
I like it
4.3
Spacious room, easy parking garage access, friendly staff, lots of lobby store items plus restaurant/bar.
Three towels aren't enough for two. Horrible midblock location is difficult to find amid Boise one way streets -- we nearly died in a head-on!
4.3
The staff were friendly, but were too busy talking with another customer to clarify properly where exactly I needed to park.
Need to be wayyyyy more instructive and or informative with where to park large vehicles. Due to wrong information I got stuck inside a parking garage that could never fit my vehicle and trailer and was stuck for a hour. As well as the fact that I'm moving so my items across the state to park 2 blocks away just to park my U-Haul was very annoying. I understand it's a large a vehicle, but I think obtaining a parking spot for large vehicles would be awesome and or allowing on certain circumstances for vehicles to be parked in front for a short duration.

The best hotel I've ever stayed in. New and clean and room smelled clean! Everything was super clean and so enjoyable. The walk to the downtown was awesome so pretty.
Reaching the hotel reception was challenging. The whole surrounding is under construction and Google maps doesn't have the most up to date way to find the reception entrance.
4.3
Clean and near downtown
The cost and the fact that nothings included… no breakfast and no parking is insane in downtown Boise and for the well over $500 I was charged for the trip
4.3
Not good. Very bad tasting and not hot.
Parking for handicapped area.
4.3
Front desk staff is nice. Room is clean.
You have to pay for breakfast and it is not cheap
4.3
The bed was pretty comfortable, the floors and beds were clean, the lobby was nice, and the staff was pretty friendly.
The pool and area needed a deep clean, the other guests were super loud, the parking is expensive for a city with so much free parking, the breakfast looked not worth the high price so I'm glad we didn't opt in to that, the room didn't have hand soap, a notepad or pen, the quality of toilet paper was awful, much of the touch surfaces had grime on them in the room, there was no good lighting, and there was ambient music by the elevator that could be heard from our room which was annoying. The location isn't very good -- between the freeway and Mrytle which was loud with very limited restaurants nearby. Overall, I wish I had paid a little bit more to stay in a nicer hotel. This Hilton felt more like a $130 / night hotel, not a $200 a night hotel.
4.3
The location was good
The hot tub and pool were extremely dirty which is the reason we booked the place. The front desk person said there was a filter broken but the color was green and yellow and no one informed us of that when we checked in or when we booked the place.
4.3
Proximity to restaurants
No complaints.

I visited for business, and the staff were friendly, the breakfast was delicious, and I am satisfied in every way. I would like to give you a perfect score of 10.

Seemed clean enough
Bathroom door broke and I was locked in. Thankfully my husband was on the other side and was able to “fix” it so I could get out!
Extra fee for parking
Was charged additional amount from receipt and when I called for explanation of charges nobody will answer the phone. Also nobody will answer my email demanding an explanation

The staff was friendly enough but they stuck a trainee at the check in counter that struggled for a long time in order to get us checked in. She also gave us non operational access cards for our room and the remote parking garage.
The check in process was tedious and frustrating at best. There should also be an online notification telling potential guests that they have to pay an additional nightly fee for parking in their off site parking garage. If I would have been notified of the additional fees I would have selected a different hotel.

Clean and nice
Little bathroom

Spacious room, very clean, friendly staff.
Wasn’t told it was $15 to park in the garage. I was told the garage was “secure” but it was only an arm - any person could have walked in. Zero breakfast included. At that price, I would expect at least some bagels or yogurt or something.
4.3
The whole hotel was great:spacious, clean and the staff super friendly.
The lady in the breakfast room was very attentive so was the staff at reception helping finding restaurants.
I would have liked more water fountain.
4.3
Clean, friendly staff, good location. The blackout curtain was amazing. Bar was good, Amber the bartender was great.
The bed was stiff and the water pressure wasn’t that great

When I booked the hotel in site said not allowed pets. But hotel pets friendly and I’m VERY sad because my kids have allergic for pets hairs. It was horrible time in my trip.
When I booked the hotel in site said not allowed pets. But hotel pets friendly and I'm VERY sad because my kids have allergic for pets hairs. It was horrible time in my trip. Lady from the counter charged from me $50 when I checked in and I don’t know for what?? Another lady from next day when I checked out changed $16.78 for my question “Why “ she said just mistake and give me back. Stuff is crazy. Never again book that hotel.

I liked the room and location
I don't like how I put 50 incidental deposit down only got a bag of chips and parked one night $29 I'm still waiting to receive back . I'm still waiting and it's been longer than 7-10 business days.

The pricing for the breakfast was a bit misleading….told it was included but ended up costing an additional $30, if I would have know the breakfast wasn’t included I would have went to an outside restaurant rather than your buffet style warmed over breakfast
Breakfast buffet
