Beds were comfortable, the room was clean

We were expecting our one bedroom loft to actually have a bedroom. Everything was open and there was no privacy. This was not how the room was described. The property was generally run down.

The property was situated in a quiet part of the city. The room was neat and modern

While checking in, I was asked to present my credit card, I gave a different card from the one registered on Booking.com. On departure, I was shocked. to see that in addition to the full cost debited to my registered card, I was also charged another USD 390 on my other card presented at check in! All efforts to resolve have so far been negative and I cannot reach Booking.com customer service either!

out-dated apartment, rugs were stained and appeared dirty due to the many stains through the rugs. bathroom shower was out of shampoo, conditioner and body wash. all pumps were empty

We liked our room. Only problem was the toilet leaked. Awoke to some water on the floor.

The service was poor the first morning at breakfast. Employee sat talking with a friend. Had to ask for more food to be brought out. And hot water to be refilled.

Size of room was great Floors being stained not so great

People where living in the hotel, Cigarettes all over ground

Location, pool, clean rooms, friendly staff.

Could use upgrading. Ceiling and wall stains from leaking roof. Tub stains. Considered those minor. We had a wonderful time.

staff had openly been rude to my husband about the appearance if his face at the front desk when he went for assistance getting a new room key due to having locked our previous ones in the room by accident. tub didnt drain well.

The cleaning lady came to try and rectify my issues and she was very nice. She was professional and a very sweet person and did what she could to help. Also the location was convenient for our needs.

The hot tub was not hot, the water was not moving at all and it was DIRTY. The pool area was dirty and had slimy stuff on the side of the pool and garbage on the floor and visible dirt in the bottom of the pool just like with hot tub. The table in our room was wobbly, the toilet leaked, the fireplace was wood burning which you get charged for wood, the dishwasher smelled of mildew, the freezer had rust in it. And the people upstairs were extremely loud all day and night even after I called to complain multiple times. The front desk woman said she called them but it did no good and nothing was done about it. The parking spots were not plowed properly and dog poop and cigarette butts all over the ground outside the room. We paid 287.00 for 2 nights for work purposes and had a hard time sleeping because of the noise above us (kid running and jumping). When I checked in the woman who checked me in wasn't very pleasant. She didn't greet me or the person who was in front of me she acted like I was bothering her by checking in. I had called earlier that day also and she was the one who answered I asked if I could check in early by chance because of the weather and she was very snappy she allowed me to check in a little early but again I felt like I was a burden for asking. I have stayed at sonesta in NJ before and it was a wonderful experience. However I will NEVER EVER stay at the one in Williston vt AGAIN! It needs to be updated and needs repairs.

very surprised at the trash and debris that was in the woods adjacent and also the actual grounds. dog pick up, overflowing and not emptied. I would think that someone should be doing property maintenance and have more of a presence to keep things tidy.

lost my reservation and I spent an hour and a half waiting for a room, couldn’t get on Wi-Fi and then they tried to charge me way over my reservation price then couldn’t check me out at all!!

Thefireplace really put a hug around my relaxation vacation.
