Clean, friendly staff, great breakfast

Room set up was wonderful however carpet and furnishings were worn dirty and needed replacing ( chair couch) pull out mattress was stained, windows broken, fridge seal hanging , toilet seal broken and sewer smell filled bathroom II requested to be moved to new room after first day and 2nd room was better but still worn dirty chair & couch and carpet. I guess you get what you pay for however that shouldn't be the case with such a nice set up. Raise prices and clean things up

proximity to I-25. very friendly staff.
seemed a bit rundown. stains on tub, leaking faucet when running the shower, furniture stained and old.

Chad was awesome upon check-in. All of the staff we encountered were very friendly and offer any help neccessary.
Our room was on the end closest to the exit door. The outside door on our building slams closed and is very loud. I realize it has to be a secure closed door. If it could have a soft close system it would be better! That was the only disappointment of our stay!

Location is great, right off the highway and near a bunch of businesses. Staff was very friendly and the room was clean.
It was weird to only have one very small trash can for the entire suite. Hallways smelt like marijuana. Wish the breakfast had a little more variety.

Beds were comfort. Staff was polite, helpful and did their best to correct a room issue.
Our rooms door was hung askew . We had a terrible time opening and closing it. The staff saw the problem and gave us a suite. It was all they had available. It wasn’t ready for occupancy but the doors opened and closed which made it a much safer room to occupy.we stayed 6

The staff (especially Chad) was very helpful with all the issues we encountered.
No towels in the room, missing light bulbs, a broken window, no bedding provided for the sofa-bed. We had to make multiple trips to the front desk to correct these issues.

Breakfast is great; I like the variety.
I like the smaller size of this location.
I like being able to take my 2 small dogs and not paying crazy fees.
I like the easy access to relieve the dogs.
For a live in space, 2 or 3 forks, knives etc are way too few.
A real knife would be good; at least one legitimate chef’s knife would cut up my dog’s carrots which the two flimsy serrated ones almost cannot do.
I’m happy with everything except the kitchen supplies. Should I return, which I will, I’ll be bringing my own kitchen items.
Pump up the kitchen if you really want loyalty!

2 bedrooms, kitchenette
Decor was strange, stains in couches and floor, needed some repairs, should've been cheaper or night

Breakfast was Very good with good variety!
Staff very friendly and accommodating.
Great location!
The furniture was old and worn and the space could have been much cleaner.

The staff could be described as "Hospitality Defined". Sumanee, the assistant manager, and Jason, the breakfast room attendant, were great. While some services were limited due to covid precautions, the staff did all that they could to compensate. Although the location is in a business park, there are a wide variety of shopping choices within close proximity.

The room was nice. I enjoyed having a functional kitchen. close to a lot of offices including my own.
No breakfast bar. No vegan options. Room had noticeable smell. Room faced parking lot with bright lights. Netflix signed me out daily (rather than end of stey)

Everything was ok till the last night and I was laying in bed and found a bed bug

At first it looked like a decent property but quickly many issues were revealed. The room was a decent size but I had no glasses in my room and the front desk staff didn't know where to get any for me.
The elevators and hallways were covered in dog hair. There was a spill of barbeque sauce or some similar out by the grills and common sitting area that remained smeared and covered with ants for four of the final days I was there. The pool was not working and NO ONE mentioned that upon check-in. The bed was substandard!!! I slept four nights on the couch. The outside door to building two was damaged and could not be closed at anytime, leaving the entire building unsecured. The epitome of it all was that the room next to mine (323) had a dog LEFT IN IT without any person that started howling and crying at 4:30AM the final morning of my stay. The front desk had to be called and I was told the police were coming to remove the animal but no such thing ever happened. I checked out early.

Not as well maintained as pre-Covid. I’m sure it will be improved as staff returns.

Breakfast was a bottle of water, an apple, and a small muffin - did not like it
I booked a two bedroom unit. On arrival hotel's manager on duty told me that requested unit was not available because it was "completely destroyed". As a replacement we were offered two studios. At the beginning manager tried to charge us a price that exceeded the agreed amount for the two bedroom unit. Seeing our resistance manager quickly agreed to the two bedroom unit price. All that sounded very fishy. And I don't even mention the inconvenience of carrying our stuff that was packed in one suitcase between two units.

Great location. Price was low.
Very noisy walls so thin heard people talking on all sides. Constant mechanical noise. Had to get ear plugs to sleep. Carpet really needed to be cleaned. No housekeeping available to vacuum. Kitchen adequate however oven never really got to temp. Shower drain was clogged. Staff a little smug but I think that’s just city attitude.
