We were unaware at check-in that many of the floors were under construction. Especially the floor right above the first room that I got.

Location is great and maintenance and breakfast staff are polite and professional.

Location was lovely in Sugar Land and free car parking attached / next door Staff at breakfast were professional, polite and lovely.

They were doing building work We had no room safe, so 2 polite maintenance men brought one to the room but it was locked so could not use it unfortunately. Asked reception if could find out number to unlock it, was given a 3 digit code but it needs 4 numbers ??? Required a wake up call on last night as was a change due to clocks changing an hour but call did not happen?

location near the friends we were visiting.

A host of detail issues. Tried to call the front desk and no answer. Terrible noise all day given the construction with no prior notice when booking. Took FOREVER to get our vehicle from valet on Saturday evening. Big event going on and clearly understaffed at the valet AND they had "misplaced" the vehicle....who does that?? Left out empty tissue box and toilet roll to ensure these were replaced and they weren't. Didn't have tissue, toilet paper or coffee after the place had been cleaned. Not up to what we expected or what we have experienced in other Marriotts.

Not great, breakfast bad, staff rude, location is good

Property location is good

The staff were rude. Upon checkout, we were skipped multiple times and had to wait a long time. Once we got to the desk the lady was rude and sarcastic. All I wanted to do was to checkout and make my flight.

It all woked out and I know things happen sometimes; they did their best and staff was absolutely wonderful and helpful.

The location and convenience of food near by.

The floor I was on smelled like mold or mildew and seemed to have some plumbing issues. The elevators and hallways to the rooms were every warm there was no air flow of feeling of a/c.

Wouldn't recommend it because it's not well-maintained!

The location was really good!

For the price, the hotel was very old and not clean at all. The elevator had spills throughout the day which was not getting cleaned up. The hallways and rooms smelled old and musty.

The stay was great except for the air conditioner.

The air conditioner did not work well, the room felt like it was 75-80 degrees and the staff said that they couldn't get anyone to check it until the next day.

Nice view from the bedroom. Starbucks downstairs is very practical as breakfast in the hotel is very basic and was expensive. Staff friendly.

Room never got cleaned in the morning. The cleaning staff would only come at 4 pm to ask if they could clean the room, which was the time when we would be resting or getting ready for a function. Because of that room onky got cleaned once in my 4 stay and cleaned sparingly.

I liked the location of the hotel the reception desk!!!

I did not like the breakfast person running up to me and asking my room number. There was no welcome or even a hello. This person was extremely disrespectful to me.

Great Location!

The location was ideal! Parking was free and easy and well lighted.

When leaving our hallway smelled like cigarette smoke. Otherwise everything was clean.

the area is nice but I wouldn’t pay that much to stay there again, not worth the price

the lobby is super nice, it’s in a really good location

walls in the rooms were kind of dirty, there was no refrigerator in the king bedroom, the ice machine on the 3rd floor took forever to make more, the bartender wasn’t too swamped & she seemed super stressed, also the drinks weren’t that great.
