the main thing we did not like was the fact that the Golf station was not available as our trip centered around the Players tournament and it would have been nice to hear the commentary on that channel before and after we visited the tournament. otherwise the place is lovely.

It was beautiful and the beds were comfortable. The valet and concierge were friendly.
We went to breakfast. The wait staff was unpleasant, we were forgotten and it took forever to get our food. The food was okay but not what a resort in this caliber should provide. I expected way better.

The concierge was wonderful
For premium room it wasn’t that great

The building is beautiful, room was very comfortable.
The cost for a relatively simple room and limited hotel amenities is simply outrageous.

Location
The room we had during our stay had no hot water and the shower was leaking and making noise all night and the maintenance team couldn’t fix it and they have to move us in the middle of our vacation to another room much smaller and they offered $50 dollar compensation for the trouble ( a joke !!!, $50 off $700 we paid per night for such a room)
The building is beautiful and the location is amazing but the rooms don’t have a proper maintenance for the price you pay and the staff are not really helpful or friendly.

The location was great. We didn't want to try and park numerous vehicles in downtown St. Augustine.
I called a few days ahead of our stay to request adjoining rooms, and that message was never relayed. There was an adjoining room empty and we asked to switch one of our rooms and were told we couldn't.
One elevator for the entire hotel is crazy.
I felt nickled and dimed to death. Give me one fee showing all costs, including parking.

The decor was beautiful
The room was lacking
The ac was not working properly
Had to call maintenance 2x regarding outlets not working

We very much enjoyed our stay. They staff was amazing and very helpful as a whole. We look forward to returning as well as visiting other locations in the near future.
We loved everything except the fact the after hours at the bar was limited and was not very tasty.

Beds were wonderful.
We had a dog barking for about 3 hrs the night of the 13th into the morning of the 14th. The night before we had an entire bag of things we bought including my new shoe box with my old sandles go missing after a room cleaning. Probably just a mistake, thought it was trash or something.

It was an amazing experience to stay here. The staff was so nice, the room was spacious and perfectly clean. We had enjoyed our access at serenata beach club resort.

The hotel is in a perfect area to walk to anything you would want to see in the Historic Downtown area. The staff was very knowledgeable about the area as well as professional and friendly.
The vote was neat and clean. The glass of champagne upon arrival is very nice.

The room was very clean and comfortable. The staff was absolutely amazing. They treated us very well. They helped us valet, get our luggage to our room, helped us find locations we wanted to visit and kept following up to make sure our stay was great. We ended up needing late check out and they accommodated us. we travel a lot and stay in many different places, and I have to say this is a very, very nice place. I will stay here again in a heartbeat. Great people.

Beautiful, first floor, lobby, bar, etc.
The floors of the room were completely uneven. Rugs didn’t look too clean. Definitely not of the standard for 4-5star hotel.

The location is perfect, walking distance to all sites. The overall feel is grand and beautiful.
At first we were given a small closed in room. We requested a change and they gave us nicer room, more comfortable and with street view.
