It was OK

Breakfast was fine.

Was very disappointed with the staff. Everytime I needed clean towels they were promised but not given. Very upset I asked for a room to be serviced and they disappointed e everytime. The rooms were good except the staff were very poor in fulfilling my needs. A young man there at the desk had lied to me twice about delivering my towels..Never showed up. The women were decent but asked for a room clean and never did except the night before we left. We stayed 7 days..If they improve the staff and hire more staff it would be great.

What I expected, easy, simple and efficient.

Staff was friendly. Parking was easy. Place was easy to find.

Security door wasn’t locked. May have been some people living in their cars in the parking lot.

Seems like a property that needs a remodel

The location seemed to be in a safe area. Was not concerned when coming or going

Key cards failed after 1 use. Had to go to the desk half dozen times to try and fix the key card. Found someone else's sock so you question the cleanliness.

The room was nice and staff was friendly.

The bathtub was so very narrow, you could barely stand safely. It had nothing on the bottom of the tub to prevent one from slipping. Accident waiting to happen For a handicap accessible especially dangerous.

it was good enough to get some sleep but wasnt necessary enjoyable to spend anytime

Location and breakfast was okay. Breakfast was plentiful. Expected more of a Wyndham property. Was unaware Wyndham had a LOWER tier accommodation then what is usually represented under their name

Old carpet, curtain wasn't properly connected, paint all over baseboards and wall paper in bathroom. No ventilation in bathroom. Bathtub liner nasty and dirty.

Horrible I requested a refund

Nothing it was horrible dirty room stains on the walls & tub was dirty. I couldn’t phantom letting my daughter sleep in there bed.

Everything the room was so dirty the walls have stains everywhere even the window. The chair to sit in was like a chair they got out the dumpster it was so dirty.

We had a good stay, great location.

Check in easy!

The stay was short and sweet (2 days).

The staff was warm and polite, always ready to help if we needed it. could not ask for anything more, they made us feel comfortable. I enjoyed our stay and would stay there again.

Staff were wonderful, room not so much.

Convenient stop over after flying into Phoenix late and needing to drive to Tucson the next day. The breakfast was suitable and there were hot options, always nice. The staff were great and super friendly.

The bathroom, specifically, was not clean from previous guests. I used hand sanitizer to clean toilet seat and counter surfaces. Not sure about bedding. Wasn’t dirty, but didn’t look like fresh sheets. Lots of wrinkles. I was too tired to complain to front desk and had already dealt with travel issues. It was late and I knew the fellow working the desk wouldn’t be able to address the situation. I did tell the front desk at check out and was told the manager would reach out that day. Never heard from them. I left another similar review to an email prompt. Manager sent me an irritated email that I should have gone to complain right away. I shared pics with him and I don’t remember getting an apology. I shouldn’t have to complain. Rooms should be ready. I’m sorry, bathrooms should be clean if you don’t want these reviews.

The lobby staff went out of their way to make me comfortable

It was great

At 8:30 in the morning there were men leaf blowing the parking lot, it was very noisy and my car got extremely dirty from all the blowing debri

I would drive across country again! just to stay there one more time

its super clean, very professional. the staff is friendly and very courteous, beyond! breakfast was on point great location and the price is exceptional for such and an amazing stay!!!

nothing to not like. its got it all, location, great personal, family friendly very clean etc etc. i could go on and on! like i said nothing to not like.

Dirty, unsanitary, will never go back.

location wasnt bad....

First off, when I arrived there was a paper sign with black perm marker saying "had to leave to clean rooms please call this number...." When she came back after I called the said number she told me her cleaning lady who was working left without telling any one so now she had to manage the front desk cleaning rooms.... then getting into my 1 of the rooms out of two that I paid for wS filthy. there was no pillow cases or blanket on the beds just a sheet. I went downstairs and asked for blankets. Once getting back to room it crossed my mind room prob hasn't been cleaned since beds wernt made. lady at the front (the one doing everything) assured me the room had been cleaned just was making beds when I called to tell her of my arrival..... fastforward to the moment I'm packing and organizing the room to leave and I find a USED PANTY LINER!!!! I was absolutely mind blown. So DISGUSTED! I think I deserve all my money back for both rooms but in return I got nothing but asking for this survey. I DO NOT recommend this place and I will NOT be back... Horrible, dirty, unsanitary... Disgusting!!!!
