Clean, friendly staff, nice breakfast buffet and location.
The lobby was torn up and closed off except for front desk access. No restaurant in the hotel. It was a post surgery stay that was booked weeks before (that I noted in my reservation). Had a long walk around outside of the building to breakfast buffet. Under different conditions and without renovation, the hotel would probably rate 4 to 5 stars

The hotel Staff were the best part of the trip! The two young ladies were so welcoming and sweet. The room card wasn’t working so they immediately switched our room, no hesitation. They were a pleasure to deal with.

Breakfest was good.
Cost of room was high. Raising the rates during the month of February just because of "spring training" is really known as "price gouging"!
4.1
Free breakfast was nice
Beds are extremely hard. Also got room right next to an elevator and was very noisy at all hours.

Excellent Service!!
The service is the best.

I have stayed here before and the service and staff have always been professional and helpful.
There needs to be a light on the desk work area to give proper lighting.

Staff was very professional and polite
Everything seemed outdated. There was blood stains on some have towels, floor was dirty and there was white dry residue stains on certain spots on the floor. Showered was rusted.

Chandler at the front desk was awesome and the breakfast staff were lovely.
the breakfast offerings were very basic and some of the front staff were rude.

We moved here from Sanibel because of the Hurricane Ian evacuation. The hotel staff did an outstanding job during the 12 hours or so of hurricane force winds on Wednesday 28 September, providing lots of support and keeping things running as far as they were able as we lost power, internet and water during the course of the day. They even managed to produce a range of breakfast items on Thursday morning, which was the last thing I'd expected. A huge well done to everyone, especially as they must all have been concerned about their own family, friends and homes.

Fantastic staff! Everyone was super friendly and helpful! The location was under construction while I was there, but other than one morning, I really didn't notice too much noise. Lots of old fixtures in the hallways though.
The only thing I would complain about is that I was in a wheelchair-accessible room, which I did not need, and it had very limited storage as a result. Also, some of the accessibility situations were just wrong. For example, the bathroom door, while wide enough, was installed with the swing the wrong way, and there was a tub rather than a walk-in shower in the bathroom. While there were plenty of grab bars, there should be a transfer bench or other accommodations to allow transfer into the shower from a chair. On the same vein, there was NOT a grab bar next to the toilet, as is ADA standard.
I know it's picky - I'm a CAPS-certified Kitchen & Bath designer, so most people probably wouldn't notice these things. I don't say these to be a pain, or to sound like I'm complaining. I sincerely hope it helps with any future remodel needs in the hotel.

Pool was nice warm and clean. Bed comfortable and look very nice. Breakfast was good.
My room I saw little roaches in the table and wall next to sofa bed. I had my son sleep with us in the bed instead of sofa bed. Other thing was the kids running around in the hallway and knocking in the door doing pranks. Other than. That everything else was good.

Breakfast bad. Location good

I didn't. the options were not appealing so I ate cold cereal and then did not come out for breakfast after that.
Having a toaster and offering the option of toast or a bagel would have been an attempt to address those who can't or don't eat anything with sausage.

Location was good, WIFI worked well, bed was comfortable.
The facility and rooms are tired.. Didn't enjoy all the garbage dumpsters being emptied at 3AM.
The Breakfast was not good. Didn't even have bread to make toast, everything was prepackaged.
