The property was unique and well kept. The pyramid we stayed in was roomy and comfortable. The pool and grounds were fun to use and the classes were a bonus!

We liked the location, our unit was next to the thermal pool. Very relaxing Gerti was very pleasant and very helpful. The only downside was one bathroom. We will upgrade to a two bathroom unit next year. If you are looking for luxury this is not your choice.
Convenient to almost all southwest Florida.
Again our unit had one bathroom. Could have used two.

this is perhaps the most unique and cool place I’ve ever been!
was dimly lit parking but was due to recent hurricane blowing over lamps!

Everything
They say you have internet or cable. Which you don't, then you come back from a long day there's nothing to watch or internet to be work on your computer with.

This is my second time staying here. Lovely accommodations, very unique, great spring lake, very healing place. We had an amazing and peaceful stay. Host was friendly, helpful and accommodating.

The pillows and mattress weren’t very comfortable - I tried all of the pillows in the house — friendly suggestion to update. Otherwise a beautiful place.

the kids loved the lagoon
The pyramids definitely need a revamp. Overall the houses didn’t feel clean even though our hosts went on and on about the environmentally friendly cleaning practices. That seems to mean washing water over everything. Our pyramid also had a leak coming from the second floor. The place is advertised as a relaxing, restorative retreat, but our house was so cluttered that it was impossible to feel
comfortable. The living room was also very uncomfortable with a family of four (two adults + two kids) only barely fitting in the very small settee and chair. we rented one of the royal pyramids, expecting it to comfortably fit everyone. The lock on both doors was extremely difficult to work and felt like a safety/security issue and should definitely be replaced. The “jungle walk” was barely a 1/4 mile and for most of it you could see the houses in the neighborhood next door. Overall very disappointing and we ended up leaving a day early!

The pyramids were nice and quiet and relaxing. We enjoyed having our own private space and the outside private patios. Gerti and her husband were so welcoming and accommodating to us! We will definitely stay here again in the future.
There was nothing we would complain about.

Unique the Pyramids offer a quiet getaway with many opportunities to pamper yourself. Close to grocery
Not really close to restaurants. But a short drive will get you to them. Internet on second floor spotty. Only one bathroom

I enjoyed a lot staying here! The Pyramids is close to the airport but you can barely hear any noise. Gerti (the property manager) was really helpful in answering our questions. The massage service they provided was also great!

Our pyramid was lovely. 2 bed, 2 bath and loft living room. We stayed 6 nights and were given 2 rolls of tp, 1 pod for dishwasher and washer, one kitchen garbage bag and 2 bathroom garbage bags. I do not feel we should have to supply these items considering what we paid. The unit is well equipped with pans, cooking utensils and plates, etc. Beds were comfy. We struggled with upstairs tv and washer/dryer. Our 1 load never fully dried. We asked for assistance and were told to read the manual. We tried but we weren't sure it was for our exact unit. Take the jungle walk, enjoy the mineral pool and take in the quirkiness that is the Pyramids.

The healing pool/spring was gorgeous to lay around!
My unit had a slight issue with ants and a couple roaches. However, due to location and it being Fl., I would expect it.
