The room was clean, bed comfy and loved the kitchen. Free breakfast was yummy. Customer service was fantastic. Location was perfect, shopping and many places to eat close by. We loved I Love Tacos right next door.
everything was great

Clean, great breakfast, friendly staff.
Indoor pool was broken but fortunately the marriot next door let us use there’s. It all worked out.

Great room
Good staff
While sleeping the first night, a picture fell off the wall over the bed and hit me in the head. The picture was anchored by duct tape. This is unacceptable. We relayed this to the Manager, he gave us $50 off the room which I thought was absurd. We are now still disputing back and forth with Marriott on how to resolve this issue. HIGHLY DISSAPOINTED and will not be staying next year.

Breakfast had plenty to choose from, area was kept clean & supplied. Area felt safe, some shopping within walking distance, easy access to interstate and downtown Louisville.
THere was a slight smell of food from the previous people (I assume), BUT it was nice to have a mini kitchen, couch, desk, large bathroom area and separate bed area - I was pleasantly surprised by all. Unfortunately, the pool was closed.

It’s not in good repair, the carpet is ripped. The sofa bed was dirty and the mattress was old , dirty, and not comfortable at all. My daughter couldn’t even sleep on it.

I like the peacefulness of the area the hotel was in. The surrounding area of the hotel also had great food spots and good places to shop at.
I didn’t like the nasty hotel rooms. The rooms need to be updated bad and the walls need to be cleaned and repainted. Every room in that hotel need a complete gut and redo. 0/10 would NOT recommend.

I really liked having a sweet that included living and kitchen area
The bathroom seems outdated and definitely could use a bit of a renovation

I love renting a full service apartment in an excellent location. I stayed two nights because I like it so much, but I had to get onto my final destination. Thank you staff for assigning me the perfect room and having it spic and span.
I can't think of a thing I would improve on, except maybe the price.. Of course, I'd like every place to be cheaper, in a perfect world.

good location, lots of food nearby. welcoming staff, great breakfast options.
pool was out of service for most of our stay and very cold. Noone ever came to clean the room or take out the trash or give us new towels.

Staff was friendly and personable. In addition, staff was informative and knowledgeable about the events we were attending.
Kitchen was dirty, couch was dirty, pull out couch had crumbs of food that took forever to clean off,
And the pull out mattress had a large brown stain on it, the mattress was super hard and bulky, and overpriced for what the room looked like.

Great room with wonderful staff!

We had a suite and a studio as we had 4 adults and 3 kids. Very comfortable and spacious! Each had a kitchette with microwave, full size fridge, dishwasher and stove top.
The pool was not working for a couple of days, but they made arrangements with Courtyard to use their pool. They had an issue with natural gas, so you could not shower for a day (no hot water). They did give us a nice credit back, but you had to ask. They also offered to change our motel to downtown, but their pool was outside.

The front desk attendees were extremely friendly. Especially the gentleman that checked us in. He engaged in conversation with our girls, making them feel special, and watched their cheer routine. The room was bigger than expected, clean, and comfortable. The area was convenient, safe, and quiet. The noise outside the room was unnoticed and we were surprised considering we were the first room by the lobby. Best stay ever!
The eggs at breakfast. Everything else was great.

The carpet was worm and frayed in several spots. The sofa looked as if somebody was there sitting before I walked in.

Staff was very friendly, and it was centrally located to where we needed to be. Restaurants within walking distance, etc.
It was terribly dated. Paid $2000 for 2 rooms, and our room (#210) had broken curtains (remote did not work to close them) I had to use safety pin to close, all outlets were installed upside down, toilet paper holder, torn out of wall, shower rod, was installed wrong and caused the floor to flood (we told front desk and they were to send maintenance up, never saw them), shelf was falling off wall in bathroom. Our son had room #219 and they told front desk every day that AC did not work. They even went to target to by fans for the room. Again, no maintenance ever showed up. I know we are coming out of COVID but I have stayed at other hotels that have their hot breakfasts back. They had only preheated Jimmy Dean Breakfast biscuits, terrible, no children cereal. Will not be going back to stay.

the location and convenience was great. the room configuration was comfortable and enough space. The breakfast was small but enough.
the outdoor area in the courtyard was really dirty and a mess. a smoking area but no place for the cigarette mess. the furniture was worn and dirty.

The double room and the hotel is beautiful.
My room was not completely clean. There was a sock on the smoke detector and food still in the refrigerator. There was also blood on the curtains.

My room was great and the breakfast was good and hot!!! And the staff was nice and very helpful when needed!!
What I didn't like in my room because I had the one bedroom and Suite. In the living area behind the couch I found a sock and some tissue paper in the bedroom behind TV stand with the TV on it I found a bunch of tissue papers scrap paper behind the TV stand and in the window seals in the bedroom they were very dirty but other than that... at the pool area needs a little bit more TLC... other than that my stay was very nice..
