I will definitely come back once they lower that deposit!

The last who checked me in had the best customer service I’ve ever had. The breakfast was great. The rooms were awesome. Checking in and out was fast and easy

Family trip to see Thunder over Louisville snd to get yo hotel right off interstate par was very easy staff was very nic

The location was prefect and the staff was wonderful very helpful with any questions asked felt safe during stay room was clean and had plenty of space

It’s was nice but the staff was not what I expected when it came to finding my phone

The room was clean.

My phone was lost there and instead of them looking in lost in found they told me to go to some website. After I had just left there a hour after check out and realize I left my phone on a bed. They told me they found phones but not the one I was describing

We would not stay at this hotel again. For the price, it was substandard

kind and helpful staff

there was no restaurant on site the hotel was unprepared to handle the capacity of visitors-ie no extra blankets and pillows were available the room was not set up for the number of guests listed on our reservation (ie no sheets for pullout bed, not enough towels) the beds were uncomfortable the guests on our hall were rowdy and security had to be called after 1:00am

Disappointing.

The location was convenient and easy to access.

We stayed for three nights. Housekeeping did not come in our room during our stay. We were given 2 towels the first night, then had to continue to ask for clean towels. The phone in the room did not work, so I had to go down to the front desk to ask for said towels. I was disappointed that housekeeping didn’t come to the room daily to remove trash, refresh towels & make the bed.

It was a great night despite a few cleanliness issues.

Breakfast was fantastic! Loved the oatmeal bar! Room was spacious and comfortable.

Our room had a very dirty wall by the door that grossed me out.

Location was good

Parking was minimal. The garage was closed for 2 days of out visit The pool was freezing and there were no towels. We needed to wait for someone to let us in the pool (10 minutes). Has Covid restrictions for pool

Great morning staff. Housekeeping needs to be improved

The staff at the front desk was very helpful and accommodating. With the exception of of the older gentleman the morning of check out. He requested that and attempted to charge me for the stay although it was a prepaid stay.

The room smelled like dogs had been in the room and I was given a double queen room and the comforter had with appeared to be body fluids on both the sheets and comforter.

We had a fantastic time in Louisville and our hotel was in a great location!

The staff was friendly and efficient. The room was large and clean. Perfect location for our needs. We were in walking distance of a lot of activities and great restaurants.

The bathroom situation was a little strange. There was a toilet and small sink in one room and then a tub and vanity sink in the other room. It was kind of confusing and disorienting. I’m not sure why they just didn’t put a door between the two areas instead of a wall that you had to walk around to get into the other area.

Great location, clean, and great breakfast

Breakfast was amazing! Front desk over on the Farfield Inn side was very nice and the staff over there were very helpful and friendly...not so much on the other side (SpringHill)

My room only had 2 washcloths. No towels at all, and the phone in the room would not work to call housekeeping or the front desk, so I had to go downstairs to ask for some towels.

Disappointed with hotel but comfortable bed

This hotel looks like it has been recently remodeled. The front desk receptionist on Sunday was much nicer than on Saturday.

Parking is an additional $19 a day. This hotel needs a deep clean. The carpets were super dirty on the sixth floor. Limited options for breakfast and things ran out quickly and were not replaced....oatmeal, yogurt, etc. This hotel is connected to the Fairmont next to it and they share amenities. The Fairmont was significantly cleaner. The shower in our room did not look very clean.

Will not stay here again

Good location. Room was comfortable and spacious

Garage to parking didn’t work, even after asking the staff and resetting card twice. Sheets and blankets were not enough for 6 people. No sheets , pillows or blankets were given for sofa bed, when I asked for linens for sofa bed only two plain sheets were given. Hotel was visible dirty, smelly and hot. By 8 am there was barely any food for breakfast, again tables, carpet dirty with food all over the place. Kitchen buffet area was also a mess and dirty.

Awful from start to finish.

We had a late night check in because I reserved our room online. When we arrived, even with my confirmation email, I was told that we didn’t have a room that slept 5 people which is what I reserved and had the confirmation in front of the clerk. He rudely told me he KNEW they didn’t have any of those rooms available at the time I reserved it online. When he looked again, 20 minutes later, low and behold, the room was there all along. We had two small children who were completely exhausted and we wanted to get to bed, but the run around of checking in and trying to get us a room took almost 30-40 minutes. Once finally walking to our room, we could hear other guests screaming at each other from out in the hallway. After about two hours, this is now 3:30 am, there was what sounded to be a gunshot in the hotel and the alarm rang for us to all be evacuated. Our children were terrified. We honestly didn’t feel safe there at all, so we grabbed all of our belongings and left. It was a complete disaster and disappointment from start to finish. Will never consider staying there again.

Don't waste your money!

Nothing really... breakfast was okay.

No one was at the desk most of the time. We had no linens for the pull out sofa. We paid for parking but there were not any spaces open so we had to parking in the 20-minute parking. Housekeeping was no help because none of them spoke english.
