They did not honor my reservation and denied me a room at the hotel. I turned around and drove home. I will NEVER use your service again. Lost a client as a result.
Your service is a fraud. The hotel denied me a room indicating that my reservation was invalid. I tried for two hours to find an alternative, then drove back home after midnight.

The young gentleman who checked us in to the hotel was very polite and helpful.
Was very impressed that after about an hour rang to make sure our room was ok.
The carpet and some minor cleaning needs to be looked at.

Complimentary breakfast
The chemicals in the pool caused my child to have chemical infection in his eyes I had to take him to the hospital he went without vision for a day. The first few rooms were “rough” in appearance but the clerk made sure he found one we were more comfortable in. I feel like the left side of the building is the discount rooms they seem to have more problems than the right side of rooms. I’ve experienced 5 rooms within past 2 weeks at this location the first room was decent on the right then with using the discount apps we were placed on the left and all the rooms were damaged in some way or musty.

There is one male employee who is very nice .I ask where can i buy a milk for my son he gave me a glass of milk,which i really appreciated it.
The one male who check us in is not really accommodating, the room is dirty and has stained in the carpet, swimming pool is not even working .

Was easy to get to, albeit out of the way. It was clean and the staff helpful. Breakfast was not what was advertised, but still very good.
Pool was out of service for our stay, which made three children unhappy. Would have been nice to be offed a discount or something for this as out kids really wanted to swim.

The location of the hotel was very close to a nursing home we were visiting. It was easy to find and the check-in experience was quick and easy.
Just did not like the split bathroom. With 3 people in the room, there was no privacy to get dressed without coming out into the open area with the others. The design was just awkward!!!!!!! Also had an issue with trying to contact the front desk while children were running in the hallway. Had to call 2-3 times before anyone would answer the phone. The breakfast was okay but, again, things were just laid out in a weird way (i.e., coffee was separate from the breakfast area, cups opposite side of the room from the juice, toaster was situated so that people had to step in front of others to get their items, etc.).

Saturday and Sunday breakfast offering was good. Waffles, bagels, eggs, sausage combo, juices, cereals, milk. Friday breakfast did not have waffles or bagels.
Location was accessible to events I needed to attend. Not too far from downtown activities.
Room had a desk with adequate lighting, plenty of electrical outlets, sofa, microwave and small fridge. There was also an additional sink besides the bathroom sink.
Noisy location. I was given a room across from the elevators. I have never had such a noisy location in any hotel. Every 5-7 minutes, we heard loud conversations from groups getting on and off the elevators. I called to complain about the noise and I was asked if I wanted to be relocated. I said okay as long as I could be on the same floor (since the rest of my family was on that floor). I was relocated to a handicap room and that was fine.
No maintenance on Saturday. A normal bowel movement stopped up the toilet. I called the front desk asking for someone to fix it. I was told the maintenance staff was not there that day. (It was a Saturday! I would expect that more guests would be at the hotel on the weekend than any other day and if Maintenance was ever needed, it would likely be on a Saturday.) I was asked if I wanted a different room. I did not want to move yet again. They said they would try to find a plunger. A couple of hours later, no plunger arrived. I went downstairs to talk to the manager. The manager later appeared in my room with a plunger and fixed the problem.
Sporadic room service. I was asked if I wanted some type of room service when I checked in. I didn’t question what it was. I just said I didn’t want to pay extra for room service. What I got was absolutely no room service on 6/30, new towels on 7/1 and attempted room service on 7/2 as we were about to check out. When my son checked in separately, he asked what kind of cost they were talking about for whatever type of room service this was, and the front desk person didn’t know the cost.
There was only one small drawer for storing clothes in the handicap room. I don't remember seeing any drawer in the original room. If you and your roommate like to unpack your suitcase, you'll be disappointed in your options.
I stayed here twice prior to 2019. I was very happy with those stays. I won't be staying here again when I return to the area next month.

Any room ending in 14 or 16 is by the elevator and too noisy. Facility had multiple maintenance issues during my stay. Speaking with other guest, they also had issues. Breakfast was lacking basic stuff (milk, syrup, waffles on certain days, and fruit). Staff struggled to communicate with guest. Fluent English speaking staff struggled to know policy regarding room service. There was no maintenance personnel staffed for weekends. Staff did little to manage softball team / guest playing loud outdoor games in hallway.

I reserved a room for two nights and it didn’t appear available. I was given a room that was already occupied , then given another room and the card readers didn’t work. Too much inconvenience for the price you charged me. In fact the desk clerk said could stay another night( which I did) with an increase of $55. more than the night before. I am very disappointed with Marriott and plan not to stay again. Please train the desk clerks for better service.
