Excellent service, Excellent hotel

The staff was very nice and accommodating. I liked Texas Road House next door as well. The breakfast was awesome and the coffee was very good.

I can't find any fault with the stay. I was very pleased with everything. This is my favorite hotel in billings.

For the price we paid, we were happy with our stay

Traveling with my family of 5, my husband, three kids (ages 10, 9 and 6) and myself. Booked the double bed suite and the room was quite nice and clean. The couch was wide enough for someone to sleep in it and there was a trundle bed as well.

My kids love to swim. The pool is very small..... capacity is only 13. It worked ok and the kids still had fun but it was not the cleanest area. The whirlpool was small as well and both wheelchair lifts were out of order and very rusted. They just need to be taken out.

Rooms and breakfast very good. Pool experience not good. Not worth $297.00

Easy access to hotel. Room was clean and comfortable beds.

The pool room was excessively hot, had to prop open doors and still to hot. Kids even complained pool a little to warm for swimming. The pool water was murky looking however water in hot tub was clear. We complained to management, hopefully they will get it taken care of.

If you like your money stay AWAY!!!

Not much…

I have been charged 3 times for one single night, my total through booking came to $246.03, I get there and they charged us $270, so I was on the phone with booking all day trying to figure this out because it sounds like a glitch. It’s been OVER a week and I get a receipt saying our total was $231.00… where did this number come from? 4 days ago I checked and the pre authorization charges we’re still there! So I had been charged $246.03 through booking, $270 through the hotel and now another charge for $231.00. All for just sleeping there because these 2 can’t communicate. Next day (3days ago) they are gone and I’ve only been charged the $246.03. Yesterday I’m checking my acct and the $231.00 is BACK!!! This is criminal. I’m sooo over this it’s not even funny! We stayed here only to sleep and hit the road again the next day. We were on a family vacation driving home from Denver. Luckily and I mean this, we had extra money in our acct on our way home, because when we were younger I probably wouldn’t have had enough money to get us home after a long vacation especially when booking and this hotel thinks they can just charge us any amount of money when ever they feel like it!! I don’t care if it’s a pre authorization charge, it still comes out of my account and is not useable until it’s gone, I’m done with booking and I will never stay at one of these hotels again in my life! If you don’t want to be charged random amounts of money I suggest you get rid of booking and never go to this hotel!

We were very tired and was very well taken care of.

Everything was great. The bag and attachment was in the blow dryer bag but the dryer was missing. I let the front desk know. I did not check all the drawers so it might have been in the room.

Everything was very nice. Would love to come again.

A large and well appointed room with comfortable beds.

The SpringHill Suites in Denver is among our favorite places to stay, and when the price is right, we do so. The rooms are large, clean and well appointed, but the best aspect of this hotel over the years are the beds — extremely comfortable, at least for our tastes. And the Texas Roadhouse next door offers a 10 percent discount for guests of the hotel. We had a wonderful stay prior to a holiday flight.

Probably would not go back.

The front desk kept trying to down grade our king sized suite we had reserved. The bathroom had a lot of hair in the shower, toilet and on the floor. There was also a previous guests travel itinerary on the table.

Excellent room

The room was very nice and clean and comfortable. I used the desk for business purposes and it was very spacious.

The bed was not very comfortable the mattress was harder than I like. The bed was very spacious though and everything was very clean.

I booked a room through booking.com When I got there to check in they couldn’t find my confirmation. Ended up being charged double for one night
