Hotel staff very helpful, great social hour and nice big rooms.

Parking was easy. And breakfast was very yummy.
Front desk was rude and didn’t explain anything to us.

Location
Decor could be updated

Nice to have space for a family of 4. Small pool that my kids enjoyed. Breakfast had a good selection which we enjoyed and it was included. Central location but we got Ubers everywhere as wasn’t that great to walk around with kids.
We had booked a room for 4, arrived from a 10.5 hour flight and the kids’ sofa bed wasn’t made up and bedding wasn’t obvious, had to hunt around half asleep and make up the bed. We didn’t have enough towels for 4. Appreciated the drink facilities but we also only had 2 cups, 2 creams, 2 coffee and one tea bag. Room was not set up for 4 people. Wrote a note for housekeeping but they never came in our two day stay.
Also lady at reception at check-in gave us zero info eg breakfast times, use of the pool. One of those hotels where photos don’t quite live up to reality. I thought the decor was a little dark and slightly depressing but I suppose it was just the style. I suppose I was expecting a bit more.
It could do with a taxi pick-up area, they weren’t allowed in valet parking which meant loading kids into Ubers on a busy road.

Location was great!

The room was excellent! Spectacular view of the city and a quiet room
The parking for loading and unloading is very tight

We like how nice and friendly the staff were. Rooms were nice. It is across the street from the convention center, which is where we were going. Breakfast was great.
Parking was horrible unless you used the valet, which wasn't great. Had to pay extra for valet and didn't like giving up my key for the night. I know we were downtown, but we were on the 7th floor and could definitely hear everything going on outside on the road.

i just like everything there,,,ive stayed there before & will stay again when i'm in denver!!!
i really cant think of anything!!!
4.1
Location & premium room amenities. Breakfast was good. Staff were friendly
No ventilation in bathrooms, Bed was not comfortable and two of the four elevators were out of service during an extremely busy weekend
4.1
I liked complimentary breakfast, size of room.
I didn’t like how I was treated by the staff. I didn’t like the smell of the room.

All Excelent 😃

The continental breakfast and afternoon happy hour was exceptional. I liked how central the location was but.... Denver really needs to do something about their homeless and mental health/drug addiction population.
How quickly the elevators shut on you! I don't know how many times I missed an elevator and/or got hit by the door... they've left bruises.
4.1
mediocre breakfast. better to have lighter fare that is quality that a lot of processed unhealthy foods
4.1
The venue is central to conference venues. The room was very big.
Long wait times for the elevators. The room didn’t always have the right tea selection and some of the reception staff were rude.

The facility was clean and the complimentary breakfast was great! We also checked in during a complimentary happy hour time where we were given two free beverages, which was a lovely surprise!
The only complaint we had was the limited parking options. The only option they had at the hotel was valet for $52 a night or a parking lot next door for $12/day M-F or $20/day on the weekend that expired at 6am, so we decided to go with the cheaper option but had to interrupt our sleep to update our parking.

walking distance to almost every thing downtown. great food, great Happyhour
no hot tub to soothe your aching feet

The location downtown makes it easy to walk to restaurants and bars. The room itself was lovely, and the breakfast was awesome. We were sorry we had plans and couldn't indulge in the happy hour they had!

Honestly the hotel was good. However the low score was due to my card being charged over and over. This hotel charged my card numerous times and refused to fix their error. The person I spoke to noted that it was not her problem. Something fishy is going on at this hotel. I will never book again.

We love the breakfast, happy hour reception and the location.
Very crowded line for breakfast. it was daylight savings so we think people forgot and all came at the same time.

I was staying there for 11 days. really poor services & experience. Old place, not worth the money at all.
I have an food allergy, 3 times I was told that they will be able to get chicken, and it did not happen. I was sick couple of days from the breakfast than let it be and just didn't eat it.
I have had few packages sent to my room. They didn't send them up, first time I picked them up, no problem + no charge, second they arbitrarily charged me with reason "it was here for longer than 24h". Nobody told me of this, and seemed completely arbitrary.
The last day I needed to check out at 1300 instead of 1100, was told that this not possible. I spent here ~3000USD and was expecting a decent service...

It was clean and it did the job for what we needed. Staff were really lovely and friendly.
They said the room had 2 extra large double beds but they were definitely normal sized.

I loved the layout of the hotel with the big open area from the 17th floor all the way down to the 4th floor (where the main lobby and breakfast area are). My teen boys enjoyed looking over the edge from so high up. The rooms were clean and quiet. The beds were comfortable. The breakfast was great and as expected from Embassy Suites- homemade omelets a real plus. The fresh fruit is delicious!
I wish the hotel had a jacuzzi. I also wish parking wasn't so much at $52 dollars a day.

Rooms were amazing, big and comfortable
Pool seemed a bit dirty.
4.1
Comfortable room, tasty breakfast, central location.
Overall, things were great. One small thing i wish i has known ahead of time was that pool was a little cold, which was not ideal for our young children.
