The staff was friendly and attentive. I would like to give extra compliment to Tim! My power cord fir my MacBook was damaged by the outlet in the room. After coming to the room to check it, he said that he felt bad that it caused my power cord to not work, that he may a way for it to be replaced. Thank you, Tim and Courtyard Statesville

Expensive breakfast meals. Paying more for location convenience than the actual product. It less expensive at other outside locations in comparison but again paying for the location convenience.

I could not connect the Netflix and wish the TV was a bit bigger. It was too small.

The room was very clean and comfortable.
Check-in process was quite slow due to a new computer system. Disappointed that the pool was closed and frustrated that the vending machines on the floors were closed directing to the 1st floor vending which was also closed and directed to the desk who then was not able to charge to the room or take a card to pay, had to return to the room to get cash.

Suggestion of ensuring there are pillows and sheets for the pull out sofa.

Always enjoy Marriott. My stay Always great.
I asked for early check in only to arrive and it wasn't ready. My son wedding would begin at 3.. what a rush this caused me and family members.

Full of grease. Not hot. eggs no taste put in a to go box for room. Eggs stuck to cardboard
This was my second visit to Statesville. June 13 was just as bad. Gave it a re-try on my way home from vacation in Ohio.
Bathroom floor filthy. Toilet needed a thorough cleaning and sanitation. Pubic hairs coffee drips I wouldn’t even shower. Room 328 furniture is so filthy I only sat on a towel.
Thanks for the survey I was planning on calling corporate today.

It was decent and pleasant enough.
They double charged me. I already paid through booking.com and then found the hotel charged my card for the room again the next day. The manager is not easy to get ahold of and I am still trying to get my money back.

There was peanut butter on the handles of the doors and the sofa smell like urine.

Our reservation was for two rooms. They only had one room reserved. Fortunately there was another room still available. Beds were too soft.
When my friend went to front desk (because nobody answered the phone) and requested an extra blanket she was told there were none and to try Walmart. Very disappointing!

Continental breakfast was not offered at this location.
Bar was not stocked, despite the fact it was New Years Eve.
There is a feral kitten/cat problem in the vicinity of the hotel which is not being addressed, which is an animal cruelty issue.

lost power I would have thought there was a back up generator. no cups in the room for coffee or in the bathroom.

I was insulted by the staff. They refused to accept cash for the room unless I put a $200 cash deposit down with an additional $149.50 in cash down. I was told I would be able to get my $200 cash deposit back once my room was checked by staff in the morning. according to the young man at the desk and the dark haired young female it deters people from stealing their old LG TVs that are bolted to the furniture and keeps people from destroying their rooms. I’m 50 years old and have never been offended by hotel staff until this visit. I was traveling with my 32 year old son and his husband. I don’t appreciate that it was implied we might do something to destroy their room. the manager didn’t care either when he spoke to my husband on the phone. they won’t get another penny from me and I don’t recommend this property to anyone. an additional note the room was filthy. I have more photos than I could upload here. I did not complain in the morning because I wasn’t about to be insulted and called a liar on top of being insulted and having staff insinuating that we were going to trash their room. not worth my time.
