Out with the old and in with the new....Marriott here I come! .

Hampton Inn used to be my go to. Not any more. Run down. Beds use to be very comfortable. Pillow Top Beds are a thing of the past. Hilton hotels are not what they used to be. Hello Marriott! My new go to!!

Wonderful stay. Very friendly and helpful staff. Will definitely stay here again. Location is great. Near the interstate, but far enough away to be quiet and lots of food and shopping nearby.

Convenient location, nicely appointed rooms, friendly staff, and coffee!

The location was excellent. Unfortunately, we didn’t have time in the morning for breakfast.

I know we had a pet in the room, who would not have been particularly friendly has we requested housekeeping, and basically, we just needed a lot of towels and trash removal. It would have been nice to schedule a time after 10:00AM that we could hsve arranged for regular housekeeping.

the hotel and staff were great! just didn’t like the steep additional $ for the pet.

pet Friendly hotel. convenient to Highway and to food near by. breakfast included.

$75 more for pet. I understand a deposit that is refundable is nothing is found wrong but not $75 extra for the animal.

Great location, clean, dining within walking distance.

Manager Anna, Jackie and Betty from the front desk were very helpful when our reservation got mixed up, thanks so much for your assistance!

Our room was on the third floor and between the ice maker next to us and the noises from above it was quite a noisy night!

Room was not ready when I arrived even though I checked in using the app the day prior letting them know when i would arrive! Most hotels place the complimentary coffee and coffee maker on a counter top not on the bottom shelf like they did NOT want me to use it. I had to move it to counter top! Very inconvenient! This one small thing said more about how they felt about the customer, me, and I wondered who is running this hotel?

Overpriced, Overrated

Location is halfway between Florida and Ohio.

Breakfast was mediocre. Property felt rundown. Two women were begging in the parking. I felt bad for the women but it gave the impression the parking lot was not safe.

Will never stay at a Hampton Inn again.

Pet fee $75/nt was not advertised or disclosed. It is, after complaining, found buried in Fine Print. Nowhere on the general website was it advertised that pets are$75.00. We would never pay that much had we not arrived and booked somewhat late and had no other options. We booked online. We were requested to give info on room type, number of occupants and special requests. It did not ask if we had a pet. It only advertises pet friendly. It computed a price. While we were standing in the lobby last minute, we heard about pet fee. WHEN YOU BOOK ONLINE IT SHOULD ASK IF YOU HAVE A PET AND COMPUTE THAT FEE. WE WOULD NEVER HAVE PAID THAT MUCH. WE FEEL THIS IS DECEPTIVE. WE ARE DONE WITH HAMPTON INNS FOFEVER!

The quality of the hotel plus the pet fee was NOWHERE NEAR $241 for one night.

The air conditioning in the room did not get super cold and it leaked all over the floor.
