Good quiet, relaxing evening.

Fast check-in and it was clean. I was on the end so it was pretty quiet which is what I needed

The a/c. I was freezing on one side of the room and warm on the other side.

It’s a good choice for a stopover at Kingman even though it’s a long way out of the main attractions

Ir was clean and tidy and there was access to complimentary tea and coffee.

Nois all night long, never again

The staff at the check in did not inform us about facilities (pool,gym etc.) He just give us the key. We have room 118 situated next to the kitchen. Whole night the fan in the bathroom was running and it was very noisy. When i finaly fall asleep, at 5 am some staff stared to prepare the breakfast. This was really very noisy, seems like the employee know that we are sleeping. I did not sleep the whole night. Finally the breakfast was only a few prefabricated things, nothing fresh. When i told this to the receptionist, she promised me that she Is going to forward my complain to the hotel manager. It is almost a week and nobody conntact me yet. This Is definitely not a Marriot standard and I dont want to stay in this chain again.

Whistlenoise in the wall, maybe the water or heating system. When I mentioned this to the staff, comment was : yes we know, it is an ongoing issue with this room. WTF why do they give it to guests then? Super disappointed

single elevator. flow of breakfast bar is cumbersome. luggage carts not readily available. mirror light in bathroom not functioning. bed pillows did not work for me.

I will not stay here again unless something changes.

The rooms are great. Very spacious with a great desk, bed and shower.

There was zero wifi reception in my room (123). I spoke to reception and they said they knew that this was an ongoing issue with rooms at the end of the hall and that nothing could be done. On a business trip, how am I supposed to take advantage of the desk in my room and work with no internet. Then, the building squeaks and rattles every time someone above moves around. Very difficult to sleep when this is happening. Reception came yo listen, acknowledged the noise and said theyd try find the origin. I am an engineer, and I can tell you that this is not normal.

The layout of the room was smart and modern. I always trust Marriott, and this location didn't disappoint

easy access to Route 66. small but useful fitness room and pool. good breakfast

not a place you want to be outside at night. not overtly unsafe but not many people. very little is open at night around site

Great place we will be back.

Breakfast was ok. I understand it was a buffet style but the eggs were very wet.
