Hotel was excellent, except for housekeeping. See below.
Check out was listed at noon. There was no sign to hang on the door. Housekeeping banged on our door at around 9:30 AM. We told them we were still there and that we were resting. Since that woke us up, we decided we better get ready to leave, even though we were planning on leaving at noon. Just as we were leaving shortly before 11, housekeeping came again and banged on our door. We were just walking out the door as they banged on the door. They thought it was funny we were leaving then instead of at 12. Furthermore, the front desk claimed housekeeping didn't come around that early which is not true. If you go to this hotel, be advised that checkout is when they bang on your door. It certainly isn't noon. Best advice, go to a different hotel that respects the private time you have paid for, that has personnel that respects their paying customers, and that has a system in place to follow-up up on honest complaints, and deal with employees who represent your hotel very poorly, instead of 'well, that's too bad'. Marriott is usually better than this, but I guess their reputation doesn't carry over to their housekeeping and front desk staff.

Fair. Oatmeal was good. Waffles could have been better.
Price was too high.

Desk staff were pleasant and helpful
Your in room coffee pot and limited maid service are very bad. My coffee was not refreshed the second day. The small cups and coffee maker are a negative.

The room we were in was great, very modern and clean. The staff was helpful, check in was quick. Having a breakfast sandwich, we warmed in the microwave, was an unexpected surprise. The location for us was okay even though it was a little south of everything we wee doing.
Well, we booked a Marriot property on purpose because we thought all marriot properties had comfortable beds. We were wrong. This bed was so hard, more like a standard run of the mill hotel matress. It was a few miserable nights. The pillows were fabulous though. It helped, but only a little.

Breakfast was OK, Just pancakes and cereal. Not much else.
Breakfast could have included a little fruit, yogurt or some kind of other choice. Still no maid service.

The staff is AMAZING! Everyone at the desk is refreshingly kind and responsive! If we stay here again, it will be because of the incredible people who work there!
There is no housekeeping for stays under 5 nights...therefore, no one takes your trash or brings fresh towels.
The Breakfast is just cold or instant hot cereal, yogurt and make yourself waffles. So not really a value add.
The A/C unit needs some added coolant...it never quite got cold and worked 24hrs a day.
