Nice and cleanc pool area needs to be renovated.

The room was clean and the housekeeping staff made sure our room was clean each day, they provided extra towels and the morning breakfast was good. The doggie area was nice and clean and they provided doggie do bags.

The ceiling in the pool area was losing paint into the pool. It kinda freaked out my kids.

All the options that were available for breakfast. That there were fun sprinkles for kids to add to their waffles.

My child ended up with a rash after swimming in the pool. The chocolate muffins were really dry and crumbly.

it was clean but didn’t sleep well, hard beds and no air conditioning

goood location. close to everything we needed. we usually stay at the location by the university.

the air conditioner didn’t work well in our room. front desk tried to fix it but wasn’t able to. beds we very hard. none of us slept well

The staff was very friendly, helpful, and accommodating to our special needs children.

The staff was excellent, especially the housekeeping staff.

Breakfast hours during the week were frustrating. Only serving until 9 AM was upsetting. We were on vacation and didn't always want to get up so early for breakfast.

Staff was so helpful - letting us use a common room for our takeout dinner, helping us to coordinate taxis, assisting us when we had a tow truck coming in the middle of the night. Always eager to offer assistance.

Very pleased and met our expectations!

I liked the size of the room and the big counter space in the bathroom. The front desk staff was knowledgeable and friendly. The indoor pool was great and the breakfast every morning was amazing.

The indoor pool needs some maintenance. The ceiling is in poor shape and the hot tub could use some cleaning.

Friendly staff in person and over the phone. Had some charges that were not familiar and the rep over the phone explained what had happened and resolved the issue. I should be getting a refund. Thank you.

The microwave in the room didn't work, smoke detector was missing it's battery, and the A/C and fan was a bit noisy.

It’s a good location and the staff is friendly.

It was way overpriced, the beds were not very comfortable at all and it’s getting pretty rundown. The pool area is the worst. the ceiling is literally falling down. it could have been cleaner too.The carpet was very dirty. For what we payed I was very disappointed.

honestly i was expecting more by staying at a comfort inn. our stay was okay taking good with the bad

location and friendly staff. breakfasts were good.

they need to work on cleanliness. the property is due for a remodel. they only made up our room 1 day in a 4 night stay. poor wi-fi.

We broke up our road trip by staying here and ended up booking it again for our way back

Great location! The room was clean and the complimentary breakfast was very convenient.

The mattress isn’t very comfortable but it’s not terrible and overall we felt like our stay was great value.
