Convenient with nice staff but room was sub-par.

location adjacent to TCM Film Festival

Room had no closet rod, no mircrowave and no refridgerator when we arrived. Room door was "fixed" by locksmith the day after we arrived but we got locked in our room for 30 minutes with the front desk clerk and had to call the fire department to come let us out. Happened again the morning we left, but by then I had the front desk # in my phone.

the location is the only thing about this property in which I found that I liked

Where do I begin? The staff were rude and upon requesting another towel I was told by the front desk keeper that when she got done watching her movie she would either bro g it to my room or call for me to come get it!

it was very convenient for where we were going.

it was very close to everything which was awesome

the rooms were meh… the beds were hard as a rock, they don’t believe in bleach so all of the linens were dingy, and they were even stains on one of the sheets, so we had to replace the whole bedding. The fact that there were no rugs and it was straight tile, there were cords just hanging from the TV it looked ghetto bathroom shower was so unappealing I didn’t even wanna shower in it. The walls were disgustingly, dirty like they had never been cleaned and the curtains were disgusting and had stains and just looked like they had never been washed. The staff was friendly. but this is not a place I would come to vacation and stay at.

Disappointing

Location was good. Only good thing about this place. Easy for metro, for Hollywood bowl, the stars and universal studios.

Room was FILTHY.. there was a broken nail in the shower, trash in the shower obviously not cleaned. Lube on one of the night stands, like spread out. Pillows were old flat, bed was otherwise ok, cheap sheets like a college boy would buy. My room was pretty much in the lobby so I heard everything, 4am check outs, early check ins and vice versa so very little privacy. NO HOT WATER FOR SHOWER let it run for up to 5 solid minutes best I got was Luke warm. Oh and the surprise $40 cash deposit, I did get back but wtf, I was lucky I had cash on me others had to leave find a bank and come back.

Terrible, terrible, terrible

location

Everything. it was a terrifying experience. At about 5am on our first night, we heard a man shouting that he was going to shoot up the hotel. We were terrified. We checked out early. The room was not cleaned. The reception told us that we would have to pay extra for cleaning. They did not replace the toilet paper. The only thing to eat at breakfast was bread and butter and some cereal.

The location was awesome

I am handicap and have to ride a scooter, the Hotel has a lift but none of the staff know how to use it, so the manager informed me that I could just walk because I am able to walk short distances I informed her I wasn't going to leave my scooter out to be robbed, she again told me to carry it up the stairs. The bed sheets were dirty and there was food left in the room from previous guests.

Sheets were worn. The TV had wires hanging out of it. I called the manager because the dead bolt didn't work. He brought up a screwdriver. I fixed it myself. This place is trash.

The toilet was nasty , no wash clothes , the front desk radically profiled us . I didn’t feel comfortable in these rooms at all .
