Close to Hollywood Bowl and adequate for an overnight stay.

Close walk to the Hollywood Bowl for a concert.

It needs some updating. It’s showing it wear and tear. Parking is very limited and awkward to get in and out of.

clean hotel should be get comfortable.

it doesn’t work wifi my room at all. Yet when you move to living or reception, it work smoothly. I can’t recommend here if you want to use wifi comfortably.

Good location, but not cheap enough to make it worth it, there’s other places for the same price that are actually hotel

Good location just 1 block of Hollywood blvd. property was clean.

Definitely had more of a hostel feel than a hotel feel. Totally overpriced for what you get both in the building and the room. Staff were pretty unfriendly.

The decoration (reason of my pick)

The room was smallish and normally 174$/n (but shower=great); bed was good but the frame was dirty with spots also on the night table. The window frame also had a problem and doors on the 3rd floor were banging and loud neighbours and woke us up-there was no valet parking and we were charged ad not happy as not mentioned in the Booking.com

Guter Aufenthalt mit schwächen

Die Lage und das Personal waren Top Die Zimmer groß das Bett sauber.

Die Zimmer wirken schon ziemlich Abgewohnt am zweiten Blick sieht man Gebrauchsspuren.Die Reinigungskräfte könnten etwas gründlicher sein ( wenn in der Dusche Haare vom Vorgänger sind ist doch ungut) Mein Zimmer (318) war gegenüber von einen anderen Hotel von den verbindungsgang hatte man perfekten Blick auf das Bett ( es sind aber ein Jalousien vorhanden)

Not worth it

Great location

The noise level due to the ensued not closing or are thin glass. Very noisy could not sleep. I asked for ice and was told the attendant had to go to the second floor for it. I stated that I would wait for him to go get it then he said "actually I just unplugged the machine you have to wait an hour". Plain laziness smh.

False advertisement

Their booking app Info was terrible. For three of us it said “queen room” and for bed said “twin.” I booked for three of us. However that was misleading. They provided one Queen. Ended up changing our plans to deal with that and had to be on phone for first half hour of a vacation day, no thanks.

Inaccurate information AND no one answered me in the ask hotel a question.

Disappointing

location to Universal was good

the parking situation is horrible unless you have a tiny little car. I have never been more stressed in my life then worrying about how I’m parking or leaving the lot. Also, a homeless man was sitting on a luggage cart in the parking lot right next to the door and the worker didn’t seem to care at all. I will not be staying at this location again

great price for a great location

great location, room had AC unit so it’s easy to set the temperature, and mini fridge value for the first 3 nights was great, then we wanted to extend and prices jumped due to Xmas weekend, the staff was very helpful and kept my mom in the room till they could clean the new cheaper room so they can move right away and not go through the checkout checkin on again. over all great price great location, worth the stay.

vey tiny, parking is a bit tricky, wish they offered breakfast but not sure there is place to do so.

Seems like a business men's hotel.

Coffee in room. Room was clean. King bed comfortable. Small samples of lotion, shampoo, conditioner, cotton makeup removal pads and Q tips Parking is terrible

Lighting in room was poor. Can't see well where coffee maker was. No desk to sit down and write. No chair to sit on. Lighting in bathroom was positioned way up high and down low. "Mood type of lighting, not for women to put on makeup. Large full length mirror did not have a light above it, just dim light from bathroom.

The location was great. The staff were very helpful and polite.

The bed was way too low to the floor. It made getting up a bit difficult.

Get dropped off if that’s an option. Parking design is sketchy

Very clean and seems pretty new. Small room but newer clean and vibrant. Didn’t here anything and enjoyed the stay.

PARKING is set up tight and blocking other cars. Give yourself a few extra minutes if you have a time limit.

Clean and good location.

A 5 minute walk up to the Hollywood Bowl, the local mini market is just 2 minutes down the road and a Subway sandwich shop and 7 minute walk and you will be on the main Hollywood strip and the walk of fame. A Uber or Lyft from Union station is around $20/25 and LAX is under $40 to or from the hotel off peak but extra in rush hours.The hotel is small and clean and the front desk staff are helpful and smile!

The hotel carpets have seen better days and the bed is very low but not a problem for us.No other problems on our stay
