Nice room w/ pool view, staff are friendly.
There is no complimentary breakfast at the hotel, you have to pay for it at the restaurant.

The property was okay. I liked the attached Crocodile Restaurant. It was clean and the food was great.
We encountered bugs crawling in the bathroom. This was our third stay and we had never stayed on the second floor before. We always previously stayed on first floor where it was clean, convenient and we never encountered any type of insects. They also didn’t have a luggage cart and the elevator was dark. Thank God there were two nice young men (the first being best) or it would have been very difficult for my 85 year old partner to carry luggage to the 2nd floor.

This is more of a motel. Location is not central, but very convenient. The restaurant is quite good, we went for the happy hour and the food, drinks and service were great.
Parking and getting to the room is not very convenient. You might need to walk with your luggage from one end to the other and no elevator for upper levels. No soundproofing - had some dudes drinking/partying all night in the next room and we could hear everything.

The best part of this location was the outdoor courtyard.
I did not like that I asked for a clean room and a ground floor and received neither. The room was dirty with cobwebs everywhere on the baseboards and the ceilings. There was multiple dirty hand and footprints on the walls. The fixtures were all dusty. There was leftover tape on the walls from something hanging maybe from a previous guest. The more I looked around the room the more I realized how unkept and unclean this room was. I work in hospitality myself i know the Importance of maintaining a clean environment for guest and I was sadly disappointed. I sent an email with pictures my first night and didn't hear anything. I was busy out and about since it was my three year old daughters birthday so I didn't call or go to the front desk since the first time I went to ask for a ground floor I was denied. I let the front desk people know as I checked out. Do better please this was a $500 stay for two nights I could have went to a best Western for that instead smh.

The swimming pool was about the only thing about this place which was good. It felt desperately in need of some TLC. When pushed the staff were helpful and friendly but generally not a great experience.
Where to start! We changed room as the first one had a very strong unpleasant smell. The second room wasn't clean. See picture of our feet after walking around the hotel room. The safe didn't work but they fixed that quickly. The TV didn't work and the room was missing a phone. The bathtub fixtures were rusty. We only had two towels for four people. The curtains moth eaten. We at in the restaurant that evening. The burger was good but the meatballs were hot and crusty on the outside and lukewarm on the inside as if they'd been reheated a lot. The children weren't allowed to share a pizza (so we ended up with two and one wasn't as ordered, plus just too much food). Perhaps we were unlucky but we wouldn't recommend staying here.

Etwas weit vom Strand entfernt, Zimmer ausreichend groß, kleiner Balkon zum Innenbereich, sauber, Betten bequem, ausreichend Parkplätze vorhanden
relativ teuer für eine Nacht

Nothing. It is the worst hotel I ever stayed in. Glad it was just for 12 hours
1. Most uncomfortable bed and pillows. Bedding like this should be in tip and not for use.
2. Smelly room.
3. Filthy floor.
Overall a very depressing room. I didn’t had an opportunity to use other facilities like pool and restaurant as the stay was a pit stop before continuing PCH road trip.

Quarto amplo. Chuveiro bom.

Staff, pool, cleanliness and the beds where nice. It had a nice patio looking towards the pool. Easy parking right in front of room
Location, its closer to inland than beach

Anlage mit Pool, Restaurant und Bar
Etwas in die Jahre gekommen.
3.8
Beautiful grounds and restaurant on premises.
Rooms need to be updated. Things didn’t work. Hairdryer, toilet seat was wonky, no microwave, no room service unless found someone to ask.
Towels were worn. Limited pillows. Normal type Motel stuff - not hotel quality for price per night.
We left after two nights and booked somewhere else. For the value- felt it came out short for what we were paying for those nights.
Needs a hot tub!

Court yard is awesome. Restaurant that is attached-delicious

- sauberer Pool
- kein Zimmerkaffee
- Kühlschrank ebenfalls sehr laut

The room was a great size for just me and my partner. It had a desk and couch, and the perfect view from our balcony.
The walls are pretty thin so I was able to hear our neighbors conversation and snoring. The cleaning crew also came in very quickly after barely finishing their first knock so we were taken quite aback by that.
3.8
Location and staff. The grounds were pretty
The interior rooms were horrible from walls, bedding, furniture… the worst quality room I have ever stayed in. AND they were “renovated”. Unbelievable !!!!
3.8
Grounds were still beautiful
Old, old rooms. Bed was lumpy. Toilet was unstable on tile. Dark parking area at 6:30am. Maids didn't get to rooms until afternoon; although, we gave them room in the morning after they asked. It has definitely changed.
3.8
I did not like the smell of the room.

Everything!!! The location is good. Staff really helpful. Clean, Quiet. It is worth it.
Nothing.

Great location in semi residential area with grocery stores walking distance nearby.
The pool was clean and comfortable.
Would really expect to have breakfast included for the price. Restaurant doesn't even open till 8 am which doesn't work if you're touring sites or working.

The outside of Hotel was nice.
The inside was very old and run down. Wasn't clean well and the beds were as hard as a rock and lumpy. It felt like I was staying in a Motel 6. I am not very happy. For as much as they charge to stay there, it should be a better atmosphere. Very disappointed. They didn't even ask how our stay was. Just took our money.😓🤔

The room was clean, the bed was comfortable and we enjoyed sitting on our balcony. The location was good for us, near the Mission, the Botanical Gardens and the Natural History Museum. The food and service in the attached restaurant was good.
There was NO parking in the hotel lot when we checked in, which was very frustrating. The desk clerk suggested we park out of the traffic lane & move our car later when spaces were available. In the room, our coffee bar hadn't been restocked (there was just one coffee pad), which unfortunately we didn't notice until morning. The air conditioner was very loud but otherwise worked okay.

The room was clean the bed was super comfortable as well . I will definitely be coming back . The distance to downtown was not too bad .
The water pressure in the shower was really low .
3.8
The room was large, AC was great, nice patio overlooking the pool.
The room needs some care, paint flaking off in the restroom area, and a little dirty. The small fridge had a big dent in it.
3.8
Nice grounds keeping. The pillows and bed are very comfy.
The shower water pressure was extremely hard! It would be a nice gesture/option to install adjustable shower heads or lower the water pressure!

Price was high for college graduation weekend

Scenery and beautiful landscapes.
The smelly bed and uncomfortable sleep and pillow.

Large room; pool; nice restaurant on site; great maintained landscaping. Value for the price.
Bedspreads could be upgraded for better color; now a bit faded; Room clean but not immaculate.

I asked for a refrigerator, and the maintenance brought it in 1 hour.
There is a supermarket with not very wide selection within a walking distance. The Whole Foods is about a mile away.
Breakfast is served 9AM-11AM. I had to make breakfast myself before going to work. All other hotels where I stayed had breakfast at 6 or 7AM.
There was no refrigerator and microwave in the room.

Location was great, close to food and stores if needed. Such a beautiful pool and all the plants are gorgeous.
