This place is a disaster.
dumpy, dirty, power outage, people hanging out in parting lot all hours of the day and night, rude 20-somethings staff just going through the motions, terrible location, wrong type of room need i say more!

Nothing. It was a very rundown, badly maintained hotel
It was in poor condition badly in need of remodeling and upgrading. The room was very dirty. Large piles of hair everywhere in the room and bathroom. TV did not work. Very poor sound insulation with tons of road noise.

The front desk staff was very nice and extremely friendly! Room was very clean and smelled nice. Breakfast was average. The pool was clean and nice.
There were many people in the lobby who were unkempt, swearing and yelling loudly. Also, many people smoking in the parking lot. It appeared that part of the hotel is being used to house the homeless population? The hallway carpeting was worn and had many awkward steps and doorways.

Location, balcony, breakfast. Staff was really friendly and helpful. Room had what we needed and had a nice sized mini fridge. Hard floors and not old carpet were a mega plus.
Bed was a full….under the impression it would be a queen. Balconies haven’t been power washed in so long that spiders are infiltrating the room and all over the balcony. Room had a stale cigarette smell. We don’t smoke so it was very noticeable. Room was missing a do not disturb sign so people came in to clean when we didn’t want them too.

Gary at front desk was very kind with us, gave us some recommendations, If I come back I will definitely come back here!

I loved Gary who worked at the front desk. He was polite and had recommendations for places to eat or get coffee. He was really respectful and kind. And answered all of our questions to the fullest and to the best of his knowledge. Would recommend this be moved from a 3.7 star hotel to a 5 star. We will be staying there again. To Gary at the front desk thank you for the best hospitality I could have ever asked for.
Nothing. I loved all of it.

The room was large. The staff was great. I left my phone at a resturant that was past closing. The man behind the desk called the resturant to make sure my phone was there. Then he gave me directions to get back to the resturant. Friends had picked me up for dinner so I really wasn't paying attention on how to get there. I use my phone for the GPS. He was great. Went the extra mile for me.
Zero smoking which is good but I could smell cig smoke from the bathroom.
They did not supply a listing of TV channels.

No carpet in the room and nice bed sheets, friendly staff
It is a place where other people permanent live, homeless people with kids and dogs. Only ca. 5% of the guests are usual paying hotel guests like us. I felt misplaced. It was really strange to pay a relative high hotel price to have breakfast with homeless.
The walls are thin and even after midnight noisy from the other rooms.
The bathroom fan and the water pipess are terrible noisy. Especially if other guests take a bath after midnight.
Very olddated.

Heated pool was relaxing and big enough to do my water aerobics activities. Personnel were helpful in getting my bag up stairs as elevator was not working.
Overall look of the interior was very tired and needs to be more streamlined and updated.

there seemed to be a lot of homeless around the property

several people always in the parking lot. Don’t know if they were guest or just people hanging out

Good location, decent rooms.
Not sparkly clean, lots of people hanging out in the parking lot and common areas at all times of the day.

location was close to event(college graduation) and staff was great!
Only 1 entry in and out was different. The room we stayed in was tired . The ceilings had many water damage stains? the sofa was terrible . There was a small kitchenette set up but in pretty hard shape, small fridge had a good size dent in it. It was super hot weather and the bed was up in a loft area and the air downstairs so wanted the fan on, which is why I noticed the fan and there was a 1/4” of dust. I’m letting you know because we paid a high rate for the room( which I’m sure was due to the fact that many colleges had their graduation). You asked so I’m telling you how I felt. The bed sheets were clean and bed was comfortable and the staff was super nice!

The room was big enough and it had all the facilities inside. The location also was pretty close to the city with the car.
Breakfast is a joke. That is not breakfast but I would call it mostly a treat. A lot of homeless people and drug addicts were there as we found out that the hotel had an agreement to accommodate them. We did not feel safe during our stay. We only saw one normal person that you could say for sure that was not a drug addict. The rest were all junkies. I would not want to bring my family here. I believe the hotel should make that clear to people before booking as there are people that do have a problem with that.

location!
windows were old allowing for cold air in.

Comfy room with balcony close to UVM.

The manager was very pleasant and helpful, and they let us check out a half hour late when our flight out got postponed.
Our room smelled of smoke despite the hotel being non smoking. The room was freezing because the heat was off until I figured out how to work the unit. Breakfast was okay, not great.

Balcony, clean room, early check in was available, dogs allowed.
Whole lobby smelled like chlorine. Breakfast wasn't great but honestly overall can't complain.

the manager took off our second day for free
dirty, falling apart, our key wouldn’t open the door so the desk guy broke in and left it open

Breakfasts were good unlike other Inns that don't provide breakfast. Beds are comfortable. Location is very safe and convenient to go to other towns in Vermont. Will stay here again on our next trip to Vermont.
None👍😊

My only suggestion would be for better lighting in the parking area, it would be a safer more secure property if the lighting was better, it would surely let your patrons feel safer about going out shopping nightly or sightseeing during their stay.
