That I had to clean my own room and take trash and dirty laundry out. No room service, refrigerator, microwave. It was suppose to be desk and chair per picture. I had to sit on uncomfortable bed. The bed was lumpy and uncomfortable. The room had oder. The lobby locked up early in evening. The room was nothing like was shown on the website.
I will give this place a 1 it needs a lot of improvements.

Convenient
5.0
The location was very convenient to shopping and other local attractions.
The property is dated and could use some renovations. The bathroom, it was noticed that the towels were not as clean as they should've been and needed some additional cleaning. The large chest of drawers needed to be replaced with a larger fridge for leftovers from surrounding restaurants and grocery store runs for snacks and beverages. Swimming pool was unusable for the first few days of our stay. Was green in color.

I liked how laid back and not extremely busy it was. I like that even tho we arrived an hour before check-in, we were allowed to get our wristbands so the kids could swim. The on-site maintenance man was extremely helpful.
I didn't like that the pool closed 2 days after arriving and didn't reopen. The hot tub smelled like mold. I didn't like that the wifi quit working the same day and didn't come back on. I didn't like that the "Game Room" was a complete mess with a broken ping pong table, an air hockey table missing the puck, and a pool table missing balls. I also didn't like that check-in was at 3, but my room wasn't ready until almost 5. The dust in my room was an inch thick. My room was supposed to have a king-size bed, but it most definitely was not. The sheets on the sofa bed were stained. Still don't know what that $100 deposit was for neither.

I normally came to this resort, but now everything has changed, the rooms are not as clean as before, the place is messy, the pool was filthy, and it took them more than four hours to give me the room, they said it was because they had problems with the toilet, in short, the stay was not good at all

The pool was nice & the view of the bay was pleasant
We booked 2 suites. My suite was fine. You could tell it was a little old, but it was well cared for & pleasant. My son's suite was unusable. There was water leaking from the fridge across the floor, mold on the couch & gnats everywhere.

The location is prime!!
Run down. Facilities need updated. Amenities not working. Jets and lightning at hot tub not working. Pool no longer heated. Bugs in the bathtub. Air conditioner run off prevented use of balcony. Kitchen items not fully stocked. One couch was broken. Door to balcony too hard to open. Grounds not maintained well.

Nothing, was horrible.
We have no windows, a conjoined room with 1 DOOR IN BETWEEN that you can see right through. The front door doesn't shut all the way and has a crack you can see right through. And best of all the AC vent is right about the sink by the bathroom that has tile flooring that was Leaking 24/7 all over the floor. Me and and my boyfriend both slipped and fell multiple times almost breaking 1 thing or another everytime. We were supposed to stay for a whole week but instead stayed 2 days just because there was NO ONE in the office for 2 days during the weekend so we couldn't checkout any earlier or complain. I tried calling their "emergency" number and left multiple voice-mail and calls but no answer. WORST STAY EVER !!! They took my money and won't give it back!! ALMOST $700!! RESORT TO HELLLL!! DO NOT RECOMMEND.

Nothing, this should not be called a resort as it is a motel. We were placed in a concrete room with no windows, balcony or a view of the water. We opened the door of the room to the front bumper of vehicles in the parking lot, I asked to be moved to a room where we could at least see the water and was told it would be a $300 upgrade.
Paper thin walls, water was disconnected upon arrival and we were told it might be back on in an hour. You have to take your own trash out, the room smelled like it had been shut up for a while and there were flys flying around the bathroom vent.

Location was great easy access to everything in the area. View of the bay was awesome. Staff was friendly. Great kitchenette. WIFI and TV was good. Property has many amenities to use and enjoy. I was here for ten days not a five star place but it's a great laid back place that meets the basic needs. Fishing off the pier was fun with birdwatching, looking at boats and jet skiers going by. Easy three minute drive over the bridge to public access to the beach.
Would have liked to see house keeping once in a while to provide fresh towels and TP besides doing down to the front office. Bed was a little too soft.

view of marina from room was nice; location was very good near downtown, albeit not at beach, a close ride
a little run-down, older style motel, although staff tries to keep it maintained

The bed was super comfortable! We slept like rocks! :)
Surfaces of furniture were sticky, there was a lone roach that crawled into the nightstand. We wiped the best we could with Clorox wipes but that didn’t help on some surfaces still :/ Either there wasn’t a breakfast to be had, or we weren’t told. Would have been nice to have some food upon waking that wasn’t snacks. TV remote also didn’t work even when we changed batteries for some new ones we bought.

Near the Beach but so are loads of other reasonably priced hotels
The room smelled like mildew. After a day of staying there, all our clothes smelled like mildew. Air conditioner barely worked. Only one bar of small soap. No maid service. We had to take our trash with us. Mattresses are worn out and extremely soft in a bad way. One morning a small cockroach walked across the bed while I was sitting there. This was the second time we stayed there. The first time we stayed there four years ago the place wasn’t as bad but it has really gone downhill we will not be staying there a third time.

Carpet stunk, broken furniture, walls are paper thin we can hear our noisy neighbors, lobby only opens from 8-4pm. Not recommended for family stay.

No food options available but there are good local places within walking distance that has superb breakfasts. Pool was closed for the season. Move upgrade to the admirals room from the state room. They accept pets as well which made my fur family very happy.
Jacuzzi closed at 430 everyday cuz they're night person quit. Hot water in the rooms was non existent which is bad for baths. The weekly deposit is more than it says. It's actually equal to the price of whatever room ur staying in so be prepared for that charge. It is refundable though as long as it's vacated in a good shape like it was given to u.

Use to like, it was a home for 20 years- not anymore …
Everything trashed and turned to disaster.
Dirty, poorly maintained . Unsafe, called 911. Weird people live there.
