This is an older location, having gone through multiple ownerships over the years. So it shows its age in some places. They are in the process of remodeling and upgrading it now. All the things you look for in a good facility are still there. Cleanliness, staff, security, etc. are all there just waiting for curb appeal to catch up.

ASK for a HDCP room with king bed or 1st floor hdcp. Non of this was available, my wife just completed 6 weeks of radiation for CANCER. NO elevator NO walk-in shower, Had conformation that all of this was waiting for our arrival.

The room was clean and comfy. The front desk staff were very nice. The Jacuzzi was relaxing and nice. The facility was clean.

There is no signage on the actual hotel building and the very tall signs are a little confusing when one arrives after dark. Only white bread/bagels for breakfast. Canadians usually eat more whole grains. No hot tea, which many Canadians drink for breakfast. Also, one should be allowed to take coffee/tea from the breakfast room to finish drinking as one packs up. No time to sit for a second cup in the breakfast room.
The shower was painful it was so forceful and the nozzle could not be adjusted.

Front desk guy was very nice
Stains on the sheets and in general didn’t look like it was cleaned before checkin

No one was at the front desk for over an hour. Another guest that was also waiting finally called the home office number and they said they would have someone come as soon as possible. If I hadn’t already have prepaid I would have left. Unacceptable

Easy access right off the freeway.
A semi truck was parked about 50 feet away and ran all night.

The restaurant very unprofessional

The staff is beyond friendly, I am not sure of his name but he nadled most of my bookings and he is helpful and efficient maybe he is the manager.
The facilities are dated a bit but rooms are fairly clean, my King room had no phone. I didn't care for some of the long term stay guests too many police showing up.

This hotel is very old and rundown. There is very little variety when it comes to the continental breakfast they had to waffle makers with probably 20 people waiting for breakfast and the only other options are bread and yogurt and boiled eggs. In today’s world you need more variety than that especially more protein options. The price for this hotel is outrageous compared to the quality. We only stayed one night and then went over to the Fairfield Inn where the price was cheaper and it’s much nicer and the amenities are better. On top of the hotel being so run down the hot tub wasn’t working. Which was one of the perks that my husband was looking forward to. When he tried to turn the TV on it literally looked like it was from the 80s it was so grainy you couldn’t even see a clear picture on any channel… We were talking to some kind a couple at breakfast they had the same issue with their TV so it must be throughout the hotel… Will never stay here again especially because we were charged $200 for one night
