Very clean and courteous staff!
It was very loud until 10 pm. We had a hard time sleeping. Through out the night we hurt a lot of shouting.

Location was within walking distance
Front desk was very off putting she was very nice to the couple in front of me and my husband and she was super friendly with them and we came up there once she realized that we were a gay couple she wanted nothing to do with us did not make us feel welcome at all the room was ok nothing to right home about

Nice place. Very comfortable and the food was very good. Lots of clean restroom around. Wedding venue was wonderful.
My only complaint was that the towels were lacking in a couple of rooms. Just one for two people? And three for four people? Pretty minor complaint though.

Good location.
We were charged $75 for our 2 small dogs. This is an excessive amount. The Hyatt charges $25 , as do most hotels. We were given a very basic room on the main floor looking onto the parking lot when there were nicer rooms available with balconies facing the river. If you’re travelling with pets, keep your expectations low!

Great location, clean room, friendly staff and great breakfast at resturant.

We liked the cleanliness
The food in the restaurant was horrible and expensive, they leave a bottle of water in the room with a price tag on it, besides rooms being expensive the bean counters try to squeeze out every dime they can and also charge for breakfast, which we stayed away from after previous nights dinner, glad we did after listening to the people who had ate there that morning. All and all we would never stay at that or probably any Hilton again.

the property was clean and well cared for.
hire more staff and train them well. the poor front desk gal was a trainee, alone on a Friday evening with a line of 5 people to check-in.She was amazing but definitely could have benefited from a second at the desk.
The breakfast staff was lackadaisical at best. polite and served one coffee and then wandered off for 20 minutes before we had to flag someone down to place an order, which we had to eventually cancel after waiting another 20 minutes for 2 orders of eggs.

Excellent restaurant. Both evening dinner and breakfast were excellent. Polite and friendly service. Beautiful location but I wouldn’t have known if I hadn’t discovered it by accident since our room was on the boring parking lot side of the building. Why not a little map for guests showing them the beautiful river walk at their doorstep.
The low toilets are uncomfortable for older people. This really upset my spouse who vowed never to stay at a Hilton Gardens again.
