Ottima posizione, buona la colazione

Posizione ottima per visitare New York essendo a 5 minuti a piedi neanche dalla fermata della metro (Queens 39 Av.). Molto buona la colazione e come prezzo, costoso, era in linea con gli altri locali e baretti che nella via permettono di fare colazione... A quel punto, spendere per spendere, consigliamo di farla in hotel (buonissimi i pancakes). Stupenda terrazza con vista pazzesca di Manhattan e ristorante (forse un po' costoso per non essere in centro, ma in linea con i costi della città)

Il wifi tremendo, si staccava continuamente! La pulizia: la camera all'inizio era pulita, poi via via che i giorni passavano chi puliva si limitava a cambiare gli asciugamani e i prodotti del bagno, ma di fatto non puliva la doccia, il lavandino e non aspirava la moquette. Nel bagno della camera doppia c'è solo un appendino per gli asciugamani (facendo la doccia ovviamente ognuno con un asciugamano non si sapeva proprio dove far asciugare l'altro). Inoltre, la moquette in camera e scarsa illuminazione generale della camera

Super !

Très bon hôtel, literie confortable, personnel très accueillant, la vue est super et la terrasses commune est très sympathique. A 5 min du métro. Service de chambre tous les jours !

La machine à glacon est bruyante dans le couloir, l'eau s'écouler difficilement dans le lavabo et parfois eau marron (du à des travaux ce n'est donc pas habituel je pense)

Buon rapporto qualità/prezzo

Il Vista Lic Hotel non è sicuramente un boutique hotel ma senza dubbio un buon tre stelle. Si trova a Long Island City circondato da numerose fermate della metro… la più vicina (5 minuti a piedi) 39 Av. Linee N e W, la Queensboro Plaza linee N e W, la Queens Plaza linee E, M, R, la 36 Av. Linee M e R. Raggiungere Manhattan è tanto semplice quanto rapido. L’accoglienza è molto gradevole ed il personale della reception sorridente e molto disponibile. La camera semplice, forse piccola per 4 persone, ma in fondo serve solo a dormire con qualità del sonno molto alta. Materassi comodi e nessun rumore dall’esterno. La camera è stata rifatta ogni giorno ed invero non abbiamo mai incontrato il personale addetto alle pulizie. Presente un bar al piano terra per fare la colazione, a pagamento, il Micheal’s Cafè. Sevizio cordiale ed efficiente, colazione preparata al momento di buona qualità. Durante il nostro soggiorno vi era una promozione $ 11,99 due uova, bacon/salsiccia, patate, succo/caffè/tè. Pagherete in più la solita odiosa (per noi italiani) mancia obbligatoria del 20%. Presente anche il roof top bar, il Vista Sky Lounge con splendida terrazza che permette di ammirare lo skyline di Manhattan E’ permesso di lasciare i bagagli in custodia senza alcun sovrapprezzo a differenza di altri alberghi (taluni nei pressi). Si trova a circa 24 km circa dall'aeroporto internazionale John F. Kennedy… per arrivare abbiamo impiegato 40 minuti circa mentre al ritorno oltre un’ora per via del traffico da ora di punta. Viene richiesto un deposito di 100 dollari all’arrivo che verrà svincolato alla partenza. Che dire… esperienza positiva, buono il rapporto qualità prezzo la zona è molto tranquilla e volendo addentrarsi nel Queens sono numerosi i ristoranti nei pressi reperibili anche con Groupon.

Ótimo hotel com boa localização!

Quartos ótimos, tem micro-ondas, tem máquina de cafe, e não é longe de várias estações de metrô. A localização do hotel é ótima, segura, próxima de lugares para tomar café da manhã.

Gostei de tudo. Só considerar que são em média 10min andando para a estação de metrô. E isso pode ser algo ruim pra algumas famílias, mas para nós, valeu muito o custo benefício, pois 10min andando não é muito.

Overall, a good, clean, comfortable hotel, close to subway, for a reasonable price.

The staff is great - very helpful and friendly. Really liked the diner-style restaurant, and the gym was small but functional and convenient. The room was clean and comfortable overall.

I will say the sound insulation between rooms is not good. I could hear my neighbors talking, and their TV, quite clearly. I went into the hall, and I could tell they weren't being extra loud - just normal volumes - but the sound went straight through my wall. I also don't like the beds - they're REALLY soft, which is tough for people with back issues.

We had a comfortable one night stay at the Vista.

Easy check-in and check-out. Able to reserve on short notice. Courtesy of all staff we talked to. Clean and well kept facilities. Good working elevators. Good restaurant meals.

There should be a box of tissues in the room. The grab bar in the shower is in a useless position. It should be near the entrance to the shower so we could use it for getting in and out.

Pessimo rapporto qualità/prezzo, non è come sembra

Niente! Foto non reali

La foto non e’ reale! Struttura molto datata, ci sono eventi tipo disco nel rooftop e se la tua camera e’ al 10 piano, NON si dorme! Nessuno in reception ci ha dato una meno per il rumore! Eravamo in 3 e non ci davano 3 asciugamani nonostante chiesto.

Em Queens muito perto de Manhatan. A considerar se preços proibitivos em Manhattan.

Viajamos numa semana muito concorrida em NYC (8Dec). Hoteis em Manhattan com preços proibitivos. Este apesar de super caro, ainda assim bem mais acessível. Hotel perto da estação de Metro Queens Plaza que fica a 2 estações de metro da Lexington Avenue com a 59th, ao lado do Bloomingdale’s. De Queens Plaza é possível apanhar metro direto para vários locais em Manhattan.

Quartos confortáveis qb. Os colchões podiam ser melhores, eram um pouco moles. O pequeno almoço que faz parte da tarifa é apenas o tradicional americano, pelo que todos os dias ovos, tostas, salsicha ou bacon e batatas fritas não se pode dizer que seja muito saudável. Acho que deveriam deixar escolher alguns itens da vasta carta de pequeno almoço que têm para quem opta por pagar o pequeno almoço e não o ter incluído na tarifa do quarto.

Fabuleux

L’hotel est bien situé dans le Queens (a deux station de bus avec le M32 de manhattan avec d’autres transports autour. Les chambres sont spacieuses et propres et le personnel à la reception est très gentil (merci à Ray à l’accueil de la part de la cliente en veste en cuir noire et longue). Le rooftop offre une très belle vue sur manhattan.

I highly recommend.

It’s very accessible to the Subway, also, there’s 24 hour deskhelp. I am also satisfied with the security. The area is relatively quiet. The room exceeded my expectation. Bed is comfortable. Wifi has very good speed. Got enough room to move around the room. Staff were very helpful. Special thanks to Doug & the other Filipino-American staff 😀. Checking-in and checking out was smooth. I highly recommend this place if you are planning to visit NY.

None that I could think of. In relation to the keycards, I had to have it replaced for a number of times because for some reason it would not let me re-enter the room 🤣.

Very happy with the stay, clean, well located hotel with friendly stuff.

Good location (two subway stations available nearby), very helpful and kind stuff available 24/7, very good restaurant with a friendly and kind waitress. Towels changed every day. Comfortable beds, a spacious and clean room. A kettle with coffee and tea available in the room. Great water pressure in the shower. Very happy with the stay.

Unbearably hot water in the tap only at arrival (no cold water), fixed next day by a cleaning lady who was kind and helpful. One towel missing, provided at the reception at request immediately, also one quilt missing, provided right next day.

Comfortable, but pricy for the state of the hotel

The staff was wonderful and friendly every time we saw them. Excellent hospitality. Comfortable bed and convenient location. Ample street parking.

I know NYC is expensive, but this felt particularly expensive for a hotel that seems in need of some updates. Cracks in the ceilings and walls, poor soundproofing to the hallways.

Great location to travel around NYC , friendly staffs, clean room.

Location, 3 subway stations nearby to travel all around NYC , convenience stores nearby is open almost 24 hrs, friendly staffs, decent room. Free parking nearby is manageable on the street otherwise onsite parking is available with a fee.

An excellent option if you're travelling on budget. Skyline-view is nice and there are three different metro stations nearby. Hotel is clean and comfortable with very easy-going and helpful staff.

Rooms are a little dated but nothing you wouldn't expect at this price point.

It’s in New York, people travel here as visitor Amd need good Wi-Fi to research their days plan mainly need to use map, finding metro etc., while checkin we particularly asked for good Wi-Fi and that room 99% sucks with Wi-Fi and our ATT 5G had only 1 ba, that doesn’t even load maps. Had a walkout of the building to get connected. They don’t provide body lotions or extra hot water cup!!

Great stay!

Great location, close to several metro stations and shops. Very nice and welcoming staff and spacious and comfortable rooms. We asked for a microwave and fridge in our room and they made sure it was brought in on our day of arrival.

The rooms are a bit noisy.

Great experience and great location

I arrived much earlier than official check in time, however they allowed me to enter the room immediately. I'm very grateful for that. Everyone was very nice and kind.

Price-location wise a good choice.

Breakfast was not included, however there was a restaurant on the ground floor where you could choose from the menu. Nice breakfast and friendly staff.

The neighborhood was nothing special. Just a small supermarket down the street. No other shops or restaurants. Subway station nearby with a direct train to Manhattan.
