Decent hotel but no housekeeping ?

Spacious, conveniently located.

The rooms had lots of space. Loved the kitchen area with sink. Our daughter only eats pureed foods making prepping a breeze.

A bit outdated in the room.

Umm a lil pricey for it.

Nice quiet area.

Had to pay for parking through a 3rd party app, room was ok but not as nice as other places I’ve stayed in the area. Breakfast was mediocre, granted it was a Sunday/Monday.

We will be back-love the room size, amenities, and staff.

Convenient location. Excellent staff professionalism, kindness, patience, knowledge. Breakfast included, pool, spacious rooms.

Countertop in one of the rooms still had drink ring spots-not just water, a gross sticky substance.

Some Staff members were excellent!!! Others were rude and unfriendly.

Breakfast was not good. Staff was rude, floors were dirty and there were limited food options.

Great time with fiftten members of our family! Went to the ballgame and zoo! Your hotel was great!

Breakfast delicious and great choices! Loved the large garheing area!

Check in, had to change rooms in the evening with our son after he was checking in! They gave us his room in the afternoon when we checked in!

Breakfast was good, love the made-to-order grill….scrambled eggs on the buffet could have had a lot more flavor.

Hotel needed updated/facelift. When checking in, there needs to be more than one person at the desk, shouldn’t take that long to check in at peak times.

I enjoyed the stay!

Breakfast was fresh, tasty and we enjoyed the variety of food options (especially the made to order omelets). Morning staff was friendly and efficient.

I was disappointed that my hotel room did not have hair conditioner. The hair conditioner bottle was empty.

Great location, great breakfast, could use some updates and they charge for parking.

The property was easy to get to and in a good location. Sunday night was pretty quiet. We loved the omelets in the morning.

We had to pay for parking. The carpet in our room was bubbled up and we kept tripping on it. Snacks at happy hour could have been better.

Not much. A lot has changed since the last time I was there

Young boys running In the hallways, my toilet was not working properly, infestation of flies in the pool area, I was told my card would not be charged till I checked out, instead it was charged after the first night.

All in all I would definitely stay here again

Clean , friendly and the restaurant was great.

The atrium style center was neat but very noisy as we were trying to go to sleep. We were on the 7 th floor and it was hard for my family to fall asleep

Staff was very friendly. Breakfast and lobby area also very nice!

I was pretty disappointed. The room is very small, dirty, it looked like somebody laid on one of the beds before we came in. I tried to turn the temp down to 68 and the lowest the temp would go was 72. One of our lamps doesn't have a dial to turn on/off. No exhaust fan in the bathroom. Had to pay $10/night for parking. We searched for the tv remote for quite some time only to find it under the pull-out couch when we were getting the kids to bed.

It was an “ok” visit.

Front desk Staff was not friendly. Check-in was not courteous, nor was check-out. all other staff was nice and friendly. The property itself is outdated and old. There was mold and rust on the shower rail, seat in the shower, and along the chalk. Breakfast ended at 10:30a, however they were putting food away around 10:15a-10:20a. Beds were not comfortable.

Breakfast was great. They also had a happy hour with 2 complementary drinks at night and appetizers. It looked good, I wasn’t able to attend.

I think I said it all

The bed was soooo comfortable! Especially the bedding!!

The children running thru the hallways on Friday evening. You could hear them inside the bedroom. The breakfast was not the best. Nice selection of fresh fruit but fake eggs usually don’t taste so fake. Also, most places offer coffee in the lobby area outside of breakfast hours where you do not.

We loved breakfast! The chef was fantastic 😊 The room was the perfect size for our sleepover and the girls thought it was fancy and fun.

We were there for my daughter's birthday (14) and the staff were not very "teenage" friendly. It was 6 girls and myself. They always looked at the girls like they were too loud or a bother. Funny, when the grown up drunks were much louder.

Rooms was clean...breakfast was good...staff was friendly

Pool was closed upon arrival which was why I did a a wkn get away wit grandkids to swim the next days they open the pool the smell of the chlorine n the pool was ova bearing which let me know it was a lot of bacteria in the water which explained why it was closed an shouldn't had open until the pool was drained an cleaned so, the kids was very disappointed I wouldn't let them get into the pool

The room was great. The reception guy was ok. Didn't really have much of a personality. We go to this hotel once a year. In years past the breakfast guy is awesome. He wasn't there this year so breakfast wasn't as good.
