Sadly, there is nothing positive about their breakfast. Even the apple juice and water machine didn’t work.
There was not really a breakfast. They had some old apples, a few granola bards and orange juice. They had coffee but not cups that could be used with hot drinks. A fiasco to say the least

Your management team onsite charged my card fraudulently and I had to cancel my credit card and report it to the credit card company. Staff was unhelpful when I called to report it.

inside of the room smelled like sewer after flushing toilet from urinating. had to unplug the fridge because it squealed extremely loud. towels had weird stains on them.

location and price are good. Room has basic essentials.
It was quite frustrating the shower had no hot water, and I was forced to move to a different room, which also had no hot water! This caused a lot of stress which affected my sleep. Finally the front desk was able to check the central boiler room and got the water hot.
There are always some homeless or drug addict loitering at the property which was a bit scary.

The fact that I was left alone and no one bothered me. I hate when the people are nosy and always watching what I do.
I expected a bigger room as well as the bathroom. Then there was no breakfast do to renovations. My blanket was dirty with some kind of make up. It looked as if someone had been in the room. It was really hot and the Air conditioner was not cooling the room. It was really uncomfortable because sweat was running off my face constantly. I had to go and acquire two fans to help cool the room. The location was not a desirable one. I was worried because the door wouldn't close right to engage the lock. Looked as though someone was getting in through the window. On the second floor to top it all off. The toilet was not secure and shaky. And when I showered a spider was under the countertop and bit me when I was shaving. Then on top of all that. They charged me twice for the room. I have not gotten a response from the manager or company to fix the matter.
