The hotel has a very good location, good restaurants and shops around.

When we checked in they told us that breakfast was served from 7-11 am and when we were sitting down eating we received our check to pay. They should have specified before that we had to pay for the food. They also charged us $25 more for leaving at 12 pm

Lots of insects, disgusting

Location was convenient

There are ants crawling over the counter, flies covering the door and on the bathroom ceiling

Good location but a little disappointing

Liked the hotel, very nicely made

. The bed was super uncomfortable, not firm enough. The TV had no OTT, just an old fashioned TV unexpected from a hotel that looked so updated. And the front desk people were not very courteous or customer service oriented. That was a big disappointment. I asked for extra cups and may be a bowl and spoon and was flat out refused. You have a resturant but cant give the guest a bowl and spoon? Everything i asked for I was asked to come down to the front desk which always had a line. There was no room service. The attitude of the front desk lady was sour and unfriendly. I will not stay there again.

It was a big mistake to stay at that hotel.

It is unacceptable that the housekeeping service asked me to leave the room early because the staff would have to do the cleaning and not satisfied with that they charged me $60 for breakfast and a juice in a small glass for my daughter, it is a theft and it's not fair $60 dlls.

It was an okay stay by far not the absolute best, but this would be an option for future trips.

The check in lady was awesome

Breakfast was expensive and during booking I specifically searched for “breakfast free” rooms.

Great Atmosphere

it was new and updated, everything was nice and clean and very welcoming

the outdoor tv was not on and one of the employees said he could not put the game on the tv

The location is nice

I booked a king room with a price of breakfast included just to find out I had to pay extra for breakfast & the room I booked was a king room with a bath and I got a stand up shower… it was kind of disappointing but made the best of it. Also there was NO smart Tv i probably won’t book there again

Good but it could’ve been better.

The pool was nice and the patio too, also the workout room was nice really hot but nice.

We had ants in our room since the first day..when I went to the front desk to reported, the employees seem to be too busy having a conversation in between them and acting like I wasn’t even there…when someone finally asked me what did I need, I told her the situation and she acted like it wasn’t a big deal.

Hilton is the only place I stay. I was not very happy with my stay.

I asked to be away from exit and was across from ice maker and near elevator hall. I heard the elevator all night. The bed made noise every time I moved.

Nice hotel in a good location to restaurants, shops etc.

If I had one gripe.. Shower water pressure was poor and lost hot water for some reason but it did eventually come back.

it was good besides the front desk.

the property was very clean, I’ve stayed there a couple other times. I come in town frequently, and this is one of the nicer hotels I’ve stayed in. love the renovations as well.

I stayed here the weekend of December 16th. what I didn’t like was the staff at the front desk, we TRIED to check in at 12am.. I had a room booked with a friend and she called the day before and added me on to be able to check in since she would be arriving later, they assured her that was fine and I’d be good to go. I got to the hotel and the older bigger lady who worked night shift at the front desk was VERY rude. very snappy, from the beginning. like she didn’t want to serve me. I let her know that my friend had added me on to the reservation so I can check in. she immediately shut me down and said “no she can’t, I can’t let you in without her” and proceeded to go on about her business. I had to sit in my car in the parking lot for 2 hours with my children and wait for my friend. the last time I stayed the gentleman was very friendly.. I don’t know who this chick is. VERY unprofessional
