I like that they had a pool that I wasn’t able to get it because the lady at the front desk for a mean hateful didn’t like blacks woman.

The facility has been well maintained I was a Mgr there in the late 80's. Liked was has been redone.

The Brkfst selection/offering was a complete joke compared to offerings by other competitors.

Just 3 cereal choices, pop tarts, bagels, only white bread for toast, no butter, 1 choice of a granola bar, at least there was 2 choices of oatmeal. The replenishment of what was offered never really happened.

The pool area was clean and family friendly. The front desk was responsive to our lack of internet the first night of our stay. Unfortunately that didn't last on the 2nd day. Easy on/off highway was nice

No internet on 6th floor entire stay. No breakfast on Friday morning even tho said daily when I booked. No discount. No daily housekeeping and not told to request it by 9am. No coffee avail at breakfast. Waited 20 min for refil on gravy. Ran out of hot water when showering July 9 10:05am.

Think twice before booking if the property could be full.

Property was very clean, and beds were comfortable. Atrium was warm and inviting.

There were bugs in the pool (but the very friendly blond desk person promptly took care of them). The printer at the business center had no toner cartridge making it impossible to print a personal document. Sunday morning, June 3rd-no hot or even warm water to shower. Mentioned to desk clerk and she said, well we were at capacity-probably ran out. Seriously?? Told that there was nothing she could do as far as partial refund due to booking through booking.com. Handed us the managers card. Very disappointing.

pool area was closed! elevator sounded like it was going to break! awful hammering sounds coming from elevator that could be heard pretty loud in our room!

We rented the room through Booking.com on September 24. A copy of the confirmation e-mail is below. Please note that nothing was said about the pool and the hot tub not being available and that it states there is no meal option (meaning we were not aware of the free continental breakfast). Also, please note the amount charged.

2nd time I stayed. Next Sept will be 3rd time.

The location was great. Easy to find and access. Breakfast was good but could've stayed open a little later. Staff super friendly and accommidating. Bed very comfy and great shower! Very clean.

Breakfast could've been available til 10 instead of closing at 9.
