I think not!

The staff was friendly enough to get us into our room. After standing around for 20 minutes the receptionist was finally able to get to us.

Oh where do I begin? The pictures on Booking.com were quite deceiving. Hallways were dark, dirty and smelled moldy. Once we got to our room, the door stood open. We had to close and lock it. The beds were two different sizes and the bedding felt damp. The bathroom was a whole other story. Let's just say it did not look like it had been cleaned in a while. The door itself was dirty, the air vent was discolored from the moisture in the room. While showering, I was standing in 4 inches of water. And when I got out, I noticed in the fog over on the mirror there was a bear and pig drew on it from previous guests. Needless to say, we will NOT be staying here again. We barely made it through one night let alone our whole trip.

Not much to like about this property. It is run down and not updated and definitely not worth the nightly rate.

Most of the interior of the room was run down and did not appear clean. No updated electricity. Lighting was minimal.

I think the hotel could do a better job maintaining itself.

The staff was nice, and the beds were comfortable. The location was right off the highway which was convenient for traveling to and from the hotel. The air conditioning was very nice since it was hot outside when I arrived. One of the nights I came back, both of my room keys had to be reprogrammed because they weren't working, but the hotel staff was helpful and my keys worked the whole rest of the time. The hot breakfast was nice.

I had a mini fridge that was stinky and the freezer wasn't defrosted. The table in the room was cracked. The chain lock was broken, but I was able to lock the door with the deadbolt. Some of the shower tiles were cracked as well. The hair dryer was a bit dirty on one side for some reason. When I arrived, I saw one of the windows on the hotel was broken.

Will spend a bit more for a better place, next time.

Close to the highway, had an ok pool. People working were very nice.

Rooms were not clean. First room had cleaning supplies and dirty towels on the floor, though beds were clean. Moved across the hall and the desk had food stuck to it and a loaf of bread in the dresser drawer! Beds were clean, though.

Very disappointing.

The room had an unpleasant odor, no coffee in room, breakfast was bad. The breakfast had no ketchup for eggs, the waffle maker was dirty and one of the sections had burnt waffle in it and unusable. No knives in the breakfast room.

Never staying there again

It was a place to stay with a pool. It had hot water and had 2 beds.

Our room smelled strongly of stale cigarette smoke (non-smoking room). There were two building and we were in building B. To go to pool or breakfast you had to walk outside (in crappy cold weather) to get to the main building where you ate and swam. The lamp between the beds didn't have any light bulbs so I took the ones from the small lamp and put them in the center lamp. The towels had a weird smell to them. It took me 4 times of trying to get the shower to work before it actually clicked on and the shower head was coming off the wall. We went to breakfast and the milk was expired by 4 days.

I would like restitution I paid $206 and it was barely a $ 80 room

I liked the location. the king size bed was comfortable

No smoke alarm. No sheets on the sofa. Called down to desk at 11 and waited 30 min for a fitted sheet, nof flat sheet. Mattress was stained. pool was broke . fitness center locked. knob fell off the hot tub. No handle on side door to get back into building. Hair dryer falling off the screws in wall. Holes in curtains. No coffee for breakfast, ran out and did not make more. Staff in breakfast room talking about being deported, again. I have photos as well

Had a comfortable stay!

We liked that it was clean and comfortable!

We didn’t like that we had booked a jacuzzi suite just to find out our jacuzzi didn’t work and they “weren’t” able to switch our room. Other than that the staff in the morning of check out were very nice and the room was comfortable.

10/10 would not recommend. This place is an absolute dump. Paid twice what it was worth!

The room was fairly clean. The bed was clean, but that's about all the good that came from this stay!

The front desk made it easy to check in. Having said that, This hotel is very outdated with a fresh coat of paint to try to make it look nice. The bathtub didn't drain properly. The windows and the walls were very thin, could hear everything next door and outside. So here's what really turned this stay upside down. The free breakfast was some cereal and fruit put out the night before. No staff running the food service at all. No front desk staff on site either. Others had just left their key cards on the desk but I was able to flag down a cleaning lady who was able to call the manager who checked me out via speaker phone on the cleaning lady's phone.
