Lol pet friendly

The room was clean and spacious. Good location.

It's a pet friendly hotel. I left my puppy in the room to smoke a cigarette and people complained that he was crying. When I was walking the halls I heard other dogs whining. It's expected as they are in a new place.....I just don't understand why an employee called my phone to tell me he was making noise.

We did not stay due to the stink and unavailable room for which we pre-paid.

We were not given the type of room for which we pre-paid. The person at the front desk did not check for the room we ordered, just gave us a random room. The hallway and the incorrect room smelled moldy and musty. We could not stay there due to these things. We requested a refund for the room we did not get or use. The refund was refused. We are very disappointed in this smelly hotel that did not provide the services for which we paid.

It was a delicious and beautiful restaurant at a nice but dated hotel.

Location was perfect. Restaurant was amazing!!! Showers had good water pressure. Towels were nice.

Beds were mediocre. TVs were not very big and remotes hard to use…. Very dated. Front desk check in process was not friendly and again. Dated. Only one person working it and behind plexiglass- Hard to communicate. Found a hair on the pillow and hair on bathroom floor that weren’t ours. 🤢

Rest and relaxation with friends

We love coming to this hotel. We enjoy Loxley's very much. We ate and drank there both nights, there food is amazing! We stayed in a King room, which was very spacious. The bed was very comfortable.

The pillows were a little flat but we requested 2 more pillows and they were there in a jiffy.

The Heritage Hotel was a quaint, cozy, quiet hotel, perfectly situated in the Amish area. The Hotel's restaurant was exceptional.

For the 6 nights we stayed we enjoyed a night at the resturaunt and basically 1 day at the pool :(

The room was nice. The bathroom a bit tight for a larger person but nice. Great water pressure in shower.The restrurant had good food and pleasent atmosphere.

The bathroom was tight for a larger person. and the staff did not provide alot of information. The biggest disappointmet was the pool was out of commision for most of our stay, especially on the days we planned to stay in and lounge by the pool :(

Exceptional

By far one the best hotel I have stayed in this area. We're a ATA Martial Arts family and come to the Lancaster area yearly for competition. We felt right at home starting from the time we checked in very polite then to taking a swim to finally resting before the bigday. This will be our hotel for years to come..

the attached Bar was great. the rooms comfortable.

only problem was kids running up and down the halls for half hour at 11:30 at night.

Comfortable, but we were not aware of your COVID related rules after the country has been placed as

room and bed were great

No clean=up of room after staying mulyiple nights. We moved in order to get a room that was cleaned.
