Very accommodating for what we needed and the staff was very friendly.

Very friendly staff!! Good breakfast. Nice pool for the kiddos.

I wish we had a fridge and microwave in the room

Unexpectedly Disappointed

Pleasant front desk staff.

Noisy room at end of hall near stairs. Also, door vibration making sound throughout the stay.

Never stay again

The staff was pleasant.

The building, the run down accommodations and furniture, the musty smell throughout. It is a fright to be a Hilton property and look and smell like that. Over $200 And rated 4 star, that fraud advertising. I feel like I should be comped a nights stay for this unacceptable building.

I will never using booking.com again

Staff was rude. I paid in advance for two days. Paid in full. I got caught up with a work function and just ended up coming for the one night. When I showed up to check in they told me that since I didn’t show up the day before they gave my room away. I said that I paid in full for two days. They basically said too bad don’t know what to tell me. This was all after driving 6 hours. I ended up staying with a friend in their room and lost over $400 dollars.

Overall, the stay was good and the minor things were annoyances based on the situation at that time.

The room was clean & comfortable. It was quiet so we slept well. We stayed there because we were visiting our daughter. We did not use the amenities because we were out quite a bit.

We asked for help controlling the room temperature and the staff person was not very nice about it. She spoke to my daughter in a sarcastic tone. Also, we asked for more towels and we were told that we would have to come down and get them. That is fine, but there was a cart with supplies right outside of our door. Maybe these are changes due to COVID?

I didn't eat breakfast while I was there except the last day I was there. It was good.

Clean and attentive staff. Pool was cold

clean and easily accessible.

I asked about the pool and they said it was fine. They didn’t mention the heater wasn’t working. So it was too cold for me, the kids were ok for a little bit. The staff was attentive to us when our toilet flooded and promptly moved us to another room.

The manager on duty refused to provide me a copy of my invoice. Twice, I was told they would email to me and it did not come through. When I called again to get a copy and mail to me they told me no they would/could not do it. They said since I booked through booking.com to call them if I needed something.

it’s ok place to stay for a night but pricey.

The hotel is fairly clean and in a good location

my bath towels were folded neatly with long hairs on them. the pillows were awful. One night with a basic room was $285 which is ridiculous.

IT was a nice location, quiet room, great breakfast, and friendly staff.

The breakfast was the best part. The attendant made sure everything stayed fresh.

There were some dead bugs in the bathroom and near the room entrance.

Stayed two nights to attend a high school reunion. Feel safer in East Peoria than Peoria.

Convenient location. Felt secure. Great rate.

A mini fridge in the room would be an added bonus.
