Decent place, off-putting digital check-in

Fine, decent, roadside hotel. Not much to look at, more asphalt than grass or greenery. Nice to have breakfast start early (at 6:00 am), though what they had for breakfast was uninspired.

I REALLY did not like that they did not have anyone at the desk for check-in (during regular hours), and instead had a digital kiosk with an employee in some other location to check us in. This was very strange and off-putting.

Slept like a baby! quiet and comfy

I like that it is far back from the freeway so you don’t hear the freeway noise. the property itself was very quiet the entire time I was there. I thought the room was nicely decorated and furnished. The bedding was nice and soft and had a warm enough comforter on it with wonderful pillows. The towels were pretty nice and thick. it was very nice to have a microwave and a fridge. Check-in was very quick and easy. they found my registration and asked for the card and ID, swiped it had my initial and sign and handed me my keys and let me know what the Wi-Fi password was.

Although check-in was extremely fast and I was definitely ready for a bed and some sleep, I didn’t like not being told about the $50 deposit in addition to the room charge upon taking my card. I feel they need to be more informative about their deposit charge especially considering they require a debit or credit only, no cash and it MUST be on one card, can’t split the deposit and room charge to 2 different cards (this info isn’t listed online, I have previously stated here a year ago and happen to know they charge a deposit, but couldn’t remember how much). I completely disagree with that policy and hope they consider changing that policy especially since this location is independently owned. I don’t like that there isn’t an elevator to get to the 2nd floor. I recently injured by knee and this made it challenging to get my luggage upstairs. I probably could’ve gone back to the front desk and asked if they had anything available on the first floor but I was just too tired and figured once upstairs I won’t be needing to come back downstairs. called the front desk and I different employee than the young lady that checked me in answered and said he’s come right away and he showed up with minutes. Although he did fix it, shortly after he left I couldn’t get the sound to work. it would go in and out so I thought maybe he hadn’t tightened one of the connections, but every time I touched the box that was attached to the back of the TV the sound would go in and out and there was static. Luckily I was able to remove it and placed in the dresser and suddenly the sound worked again. I lifted the box back up and once again more steric and going in and out. It seemed to me that the TV was causing some sort of interference with the box for some reason. not sure why but they might want to look into that. The fridge in my room was wobbly and uneven. it’s a simple fix and I didn’t want to have someone come to the room, I just wanted to take a hot shower and go to bed.

it did it’s job, came in on tail end on breakfast and no coffe in carafes

dated look when taking a stroll. Pool looked to get in our room only had one roll of toilet paper really??!

Room was very spacious.

Good value, comfy room.

Very comfortable beds. The flooring was nice, having the hard floor rather than carpet makes it feel much cleaner.

The live agent kiosk check in was odd, but the agent was very nice and helpful. The carpet in the hallways was old and had an odor.

Wasn't even given a chance to stay but they charged me and they didn't even return my money

Nothing I never stayed there and you guys took my money to

Check In time if I paid additional 50at the desk then a room is available but otherwise the room I reserved is unavailable lol I feel like I've been really robbed

Could be much better.

Room was remodeled and clean.

Front desk was a kiosk with virtual front desk service. This made it feel less welcoming and I honestly did not enjoy the experience.

Overall clean,no major problems, one staff was nice and helpful other was slightly rude and helpful.

Hotel was clean and came with gym and pool access.

Bathroom door didn’t lock, small holes in walls, office was far away, breakfast was all store bought cheap food, hotel layout confusing.

Very good

The location was great, it’s in the middle of multiple restaurants and shops. It’s close by campus and the environment is friendly. There wasn’t any noise that disrupted our sleep and I got the chance to sleep in after our long road.

Missing pool

Friendly front desk. He apologized that the oil would not be open, contrary to the booking detail. Nice room, large, open beamed ceiling, very comfortable bed.

We had counted on the pool being open as it said it would be on April 29th. I felt like major bonus in choosing this hotel had been taken away. I also didn't like that the friendly friend desk was being replaced by a machine. Supposedly they are would be somebody in some country that I can speak to on that machines screen, but I don't know how that would help me if I had lost my room key I had some other problem that actually required the assistance of a person. Or apologize that the expect pool wouldn't be available. Makes me very hesitant about looking again at Days Inn.

Clean, quiet. Friendly, efficient staff. Easy to access from the freeway. Close to restuarants.

Stay was ok but no service.

Nice and quiet. Room was nice.

We stayed 3 days and never had any maid service. Had to call for clean towels, beds weren't made and garbage wasn't dumped.

Perfect destination

Someone was smoking weed next to our room, very loud at night. Maybe it was just a 1 time thing.

Superb

The staff was very helpful and friendly. The room was recently painted and the floors had been done recently. It looks like they had new bathroom fixtures. The TV and the stations were great. It’s a nice person to be able to work out next door.

They didn’t provide a blanket or a comforter so I had to keep the temperature up to 72.
